Reviews of local pros in Reston, Virginia

My water heater failed and needed replacement. Josh was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. He answered all my questions, explained the process of replacing it, and showed me how to use the water heater. He also cleaned up the area to better than what it was before! I would highly recommend Josh and will definitely use him again!

Josh replaced two shower valves (and a transfer valve as well) for us - one of which was in a really awkward location, requiring him to work inside a crawl space between a tub and the shower. He was on time which was critical since one of our showers didn't work at all, and the other didn't work well. He did a great job, and even went the extra mile and capped a waste pipe in our basement he noticed was uncapped and was venting sewer gas into our house. We will definitely work with Mint Plumbing again for plumbing projects in the future!

Josh was extremely responsive in coming out to my older home on a Saturday morning to fix a leaking kitchen sink and repair the garbage disposal. He went out of his way to talk me through the issues he was seeing and potential fixes. He also spent extra time repairing my garbage disposal without me asking. I plan to use Josh in the future for my plumbing needs.

I just hired Josh again: had Josh come over for what I thought was a 1day job. It turned out to take 4 days. I live in a Condo and had no water in my bathroom and I have only one bathroom. Josh cancelled other jobs and fit me into his tight schedule. By Thursday evening I had my bathroom back and it was great. I trust Josh and so should you.
