Rotorooter sent Jamie out to the house at 8 at night, stayed with us until 11:30. He isolated two issues in the home and heated pipes that had frozen going into the upstairs bathroom. He was extremely kind, informative, professional.

Jaime showed up super fast, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it very efficiently. He was also very friendly and did a great job of explaining the problem. I was very satisfied with his service!

My name is Kevin and I used Rotor Rooter for a leak that was under my kitchen which I thought was from a bad dishwasher water line. Shams Saalhi showed up on time and quickly did a check and discovered it was the angle stop instead. He quickly changed, did a thorough check for leaks and was done under an hour. Jaime Moreno was the best tech ever, he came late at night for an emergency and spent hours helping me track down the issue. He was patient and persistent in tracking down a ceiling leak during this cold snap. He found the source and diagnosed a secondary issue I hadn’t caught. He took the time to explain everything, answer questions, take suggestions, and was very polite. If you ever need a plumber tech, especially in an emergency, call Jaime Moreno.

We had a stubborn floor drain in our appliance room that was semi clogged which wanted to flood every time we did a load of laundry. RR came same day and right at the start time of the two hour window the gave me (since when does that happen??) Jaime Moreno was efficient and helpful in the hour he was here working in it. Glad to have my washing machine back in full working order, thanks to RR! It was pricey but we had gotten a similar quote from another vendor, so we went with RR for the free warranty.

Had a shower leak and Jamie Moreno took care of it fast. He showed up on time, explained what was going on, and fixed it without any hassle. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. Making the appointment was easy and they were able to get me in for the first appointment the next day. Jaime was extremely knowledgeable and diligent. He spent time calling the manufacturer of my sump pump to diagnose an uncommon issue and then resolved the problem. Other places probably would have just replaced my pump and moved on, but Jaime took the time to actually identify the problem and now my sump pump is operating at full capacity.

Fantastic Visit with Jaime Moreno. Diagnosed the issue with my toilet right away, professional, on time, and did a great job explaining all the steps he had to do. Roto Rooter has been fantastic to deal with this year. I used to use Michael and sons and others but they do not compare to the best plumbers at Roto Rooter.

We had Jaime moreno and his apprentice from the Roto Rooter team did a great job with our repair. Our issue was the we had a high water usage detected by the local water company. Jaime and his apprentice diagnosed that the main water shut off valve and pressure regulator valve needed to be replaced. It didn’t solve the main issue of why our main water line was still running, but the workmanship excellent. We also had our water heater flushed and it needed it as Jaime noted by the sediment build up. Thanks for the great work guys!!

Jaime Moreno was fantastic. He showed up quickly, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and showed me some easy tips to keep my kitchen sink from backing up the same way in the future. He also made sure I was aware of whatever potential charges I would incur as he worked so I wasn’t sticker shocked at the end of the job. Very friendly, professional and transparent. 5/5 would have him in my home to fix my pipes again.
