As a property manager, it is hard to find good subcontractors and I need to say I have found one of the best plumbers out there that I have worked with in my field of over 35 years. I have had several emergency calls and surgical centers that need to be absolutely sterilized. He has come in and done work. You could never tell that he was there, and it was always cleaner when he left from his arrival. He has helped me do everything from installing new fixtures, plumbing and even a major leak on a 2 inch main hotline for an entire building, he had it so much patched to help slow the water leak down until we could shut the building totally down and drain it. He was absolutely fantastic and doing this. His prices are always extremely reasonable and sometimes I scratch my head on the price on a couple of occasions , I thought the price was way too low from my past experience dealing with other contractors. He’s extremely honest and will explain things to you. You cannot find a better man than him. I trust him and don’t need to stand over him while he’s doing his job because I know it’ll be right when he is done with no cut corners which is strange and today’s time. I hope this help people realize on when you find somebody good you hold onto them so I definitely recommending him for anybody that needs plumbing work larger small and I would like to thank him personally for all of his hard work , and responding quickly to all emergency calls that I’ve had to place with him and his timing.

You can’t go wrong with Josh and Mint Plumbing. Extremely detail oriented. Extremely professional. He solves plumbing problems the first time! Just call him and get on the schedule.

Josh fixed a crappy plumbing job that my original installer did and added a couple of vibration damping/anti hammer attractors. And my problem is solved!

I had Josh come out a second time to look at a new vibration issue and it turns out the water pressure adjustment valve was the culprit. It provided 65lbs/in2 and was not adjustable. My shower DTV control has a rating of 45lb/in2 MAX and the higher pressure was the cause of the knocking. Josh arrived and had a sense that this may be the issue and even brought a new pressure adjustment valve. We tested everything first and then replaced the adjustment valve. Everything is working once again! So nice to have someone with as much experience as Josh to know ahead of time what the issue might be. You don't find people like this everywhere!

I got a quick response from Josh after my initial outreach. He came in the next day and saw a major issue with a badly leaking pipe that he able to fix within a few hours. He explained everything that was going on, kept me informed of how my system was set up, and set up a better system for our home.

Josh did a great job with our water heater! He gave us a fair price and the product was excellent. More importantly, when there was a small issue nine months later and we reached out to him, he got back with us that night and was at our house early the next morning where he promptly fixed the problem. We highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a plumber!

Jaime Moreno was extremely helpful in solving a complicated plumbing mystery. His patience was much appreciated.

I only have one bathroom, so when my toilet stopped flushing, it was very stressful. Thankfully, I was able to schedule an appointment with Roto-Rooter quickly and at a convenient time. Jaime Moreno was knowledgeable and competent and diagnosed the problem quickly. The part that was needed was on his truck and he replaced the fill valve efficiently. It was actually a very pleasant experience dealing will him and Sayed Khater, who came here with him. They both seemed very honest and trustworthy. The price was reasonable and it included a one-year warranty.

Jaime Moreno was the plumber. He did an excellent job and explained each task as he worked to unclog two sink drains and replace piping for both.

Marcus was extremely professional, explained all that needed to be done and all the steps it would take to do the job and left it cleaner than when he got there. Roto-Rooter, that’s the name flush your troubles down the drain or something like that.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lanel Ford- tech 1549. He went above and beyond to help fix two toilets that had not been working for an embarrassing amount of time. I wish I would have called earlier!

Michael was awesome. Courteous, found the issue, and worked to fix it in timely fashion. But more importantly he back checked his work multiple times to make sure once he left I would not experience any issues.

Shams was awesome! He worked quickly to snake and unclog our bathroom sink, a job that a previous plumber could not accomplish. Shams did great work and was in and out allowing me to go about my day.

Following a most reasonable quote, we requested Jaime Moreno to follow through on the job. Jaime was pulling double duty by training a peer and assuring his same high quality performance. His thoroughness caught an unanticipated complication that would have evolved into a significant one had he not done the fabulous work he does. Ask for Jaime Moreno!

Holiday weekend and have 8 family members staying at our house. Of course we get a sewer backup. Called roto rooter and got someone scheduled within 2 hours. Our tech was Michael who knew what to do and got to work within minutes. An hour or so later, we're back online. I will say that it is not cheap, but that was no fault of Michael's. Overall, crap situation handled well by roto rooter.

My showerhead started leaking, spraying water up to the ceiling. Michael and Mohammed dropped by. Mohammed checked for water damage, but there wasn’t any thankfully, and Michael did a great job identifying the issue and replacing the showerhead. Always impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Roto-Rooter’s technicians.

Tyler (5364) and his teammate were great! They showed up within 30 min of my call which was after hours on a Friday.
Fixed my drainage issue easily and explained everything.

Jaime Moreno and colleague did a good job replacing a burst pipe (cut dry wall, the pipe is connected to front faucet from the basement) due to extreme freezing weather. Great service, they were the first plumber that got back to me at 10:50pm and showed up the next morning 9:00am, about 3hrs of labor.
