Reviews of local pros in Reston, Virginia

Ali did a phenomenal job. he was very clean and efficient on installing my new water heater. I highly recommend him and would use them for future businesses. 5***** tech!

Our heating coils went out and needed to be replaced. The whole hot water heater needs to be replaced soon but that is not something we could do at the time, so SirOne replaced the coils the very next day and even took the extra time to clean out the mineral build up (no water softener yet) in the heater to make it last as long as possible. The place he had to get into was tight and hard to maneuver but he kept at it even using a makeshift hose and scrapper to really get into the hard places.

We were blown away but the time and effort that he put into the repair. We will defiantly be going back as soon as we can replace the whole thing.

I needed a new garbage disposal and Ali did a fantastic job in installing it. He took great care and checked that everything was completed correctly. He was very professional and I would definitely use this service again.

Had a fairly urgent need for a plumber as the diverter in my bath/shower was corroded and I was unable to switch to bath from shower. The bath plug also wouldn’t plug. Anyone who has young kids and needs a working bath like myself understand the importance of a working bath! SirOne worked with my schedule to get someone out fast which I appreciated! Fees were good, work was quick and efficient and is guaranteed for a year. I was very happy with them and will use them again if I have any plumbing needs.

Ali is THE BEST!! I had a water filter to be installed, other plumbers couldnt fix it at al and gave upl, but you give Ali any task, and he will complete it with quality finish, no matter how difficult it is, in a heartbeat! We loved SirOne Plumbing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Same day service and great prices compared to others in market! Thank you again Ali and SirOne.

Sirone provided excellent customer service , prompt with time, and very reasonable pricing . Recommendation was made to repair other items that needed repair . I highly recommend!!

SirOne plumbing Honest, dependable, trust worthy. They did a great job at a reasonable price.

They even clean up after themselves.

I was impressed with the workers - courteous, explained everything
for sure in future if I have any other plumbing issue the fist company we will call its SirOne plumbing , Thanks for your best services

I called this company to investigate a sewage like smell coming into my condo for the last month. I received a courtesy call of expected arrival, so I wasn't sitting around for hours.
Ali and Nelson came as expected and started to investigate quickly. Turned out the issue was outside of my home. Within less than 10 min, they were able to locate the issue/leak to a pipe incorrectly installed, and removed it. 3 days later still no smell. For any other plumbing needs, SirOne would be my first call, prices seem fair and they are were very professional.

Ali was able to come the same day that I called him to check out a plumbing issue at our new home. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything fully, and answered all my questions. He was able to identify and fix the problem. Would definitely call them again next time we need a plumber!

Ali did a very thorough job which I very very much appreciate! Our main drain got backed up but Ali could see our house was not designed in the easiest way to fix or diagnose the problem. He found a way though and did fix the drain! We were happy with the job he did.

Highly recommend he came out to my office
Fixed couple of things
I was extremely pleased. He’s very knowledgeable, smart, and very kind extremely reasonably priced as well.

Ali was very professional and worked with my limited budget in this instance I would say he went the extra 10 miles lol. The work was excellent and he even cleaned up before he left although he didn't have to. I would definitely recommend that you use his services.

I needed to replace my water meter in my condo. My plumber, Ali, did a great job with the replacement meter. On completion, the installed pipes were arranged neatly and he made it so that any future water meter replacements would be super simple. On top of that, he also provided advice on other various plumbing issues I had around the house. Would recommend SirOne to anyone with plumbing needs.

This provider was responsive and on time. Unlike others, he took calls on Sunday. I prefer to avoid the big guys. Ali is local to the Reston area. His work was fast, efficient, neat, and skilled. The Garbage disposal replacement went perfectly. I will happily call him on other projects. Try this business. I think you will be glad you did.

I have used their services on three different occasions now. Latest work being water heater replacement and pipe repair. Ali's work is always professional and very cleanly done. You can trust him to give you a top quality service. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing work you need.

Ali came to replace a shut-off valve and my outdoor spicket for my garden hose, but I have been having a number of housing expenses and so I couldn't pay the price for both services. Ali completely understood and only replaced my shut-off valve and charged a reasonable price, and also showed me how the new valve works so that I can protect the pipe in the winter. When I'm able to, I hope to have them back to finish the other plumbing projects in my home.

The service was five stars all the way! The service including customer service, the quick diagnosing, and the overall experience were outstanding. I will definitely be a repeat and loyal customer and will recommend them to everyone I know.”

Ali is honest efficient and courteous. He came and fixed our leaky shower faucet in no time. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

We first called SirOne in December when one of our pipes froze; a visit wasn't necessary, but they took the time to give us some nice advice on what to do. Thankfully, there was no permanent damage!

Flash forward to this month; we decided to finally replace the 18-year old water heater in our home. Ali came by and gave us an estimate on replacing it and suggested some other work in our home as well. He actually offered to replace the water heater right then, but we weren't ready that day. We scheduled it for the following week and he showed up within the time window he had set and got the job done on his own in about 2 hours.

Very happy with his service and we'll be using SirOne again for future work needed in our home!

Thank you Ali for helping us fix our water heater! I called on Saturday to have someone look at the water heater & decided to talk to my husband first before making a decision. Ali was kind enough to take time out of his Sunday to come back & fix the issue the next day. He was quick & knowledgeable. Don’t hesitate to give him a call! Will definitely be contacting him if we have any other issues.

I've had two fantastic experiences with SirOne. Scheduling was easy, competitive price. Ali fully explained everything involved in replacing our water heater and its operation, completed the install and left the area better than how it started. I would recommend SirOne to anyone!
