Great and will recommend him to my clients. He diagnosed the problem over the phone based on what I told him and was spot on. He knew so much about the manufacturer of the machine and could you the lineage. Old school service
We bought our (first) home and all the existing appliances were older (like 2010). Some started to fail after a few years, and so we contacted Mr. Clay. He came and gave an honest answer: the cost to repair/replace the part, the cost of a new unit, etc. 100% honest throughout; he genuinely wanted to make sure we had that appliance working again. A local guy and HONEST. Highly recommend
I would just like to shout from the rooftops how wonderful and honest J. Dan Clay is. I accidentally shipped a laptop to their address, and--when we realized my mistake and left a note--they immediately left it on the porch unopened.
