We chose Connect Electric to wire some ethernet throughout the house to the outside and they did a fantastic job. It deserved the time to write a review. This was the first time to use their service but it was a great experience. From back and forth communication with their office, Belle, Joy, and others were very kind and did their best to get the materials I requested for installation, and did their best to coordinate the date and time for installation. When the team showed up, they went straight to work. Very kind / curteous and warm hearted guys included Demond, Kevin, Joel, and Malcolm. Very kind to my family. They seemed experienced and familiar with their work, and they immediately understood all that was needed to be done. They were patient and skillful and were able to come up with solutions to get things the way I had desired it. They didn’t rush, and they took the time to make sure everything was just right, from start to finish. They swept away debris, put back the moldings/trim that had to be temporarily removed, and left the home in clean condition. Final cost was exactly as we had discussed beforehand. Overall a very professional job. Trustworthy. They will be my company of choice when I need electrical work. I recommend them, and I can only imagine you will have the same great experience. Couldn't have had a better experience. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and super fast with the repairs. Took him only a few minutes to troubleshoot and he was on to the repairs. Great experience. Found this business through Yelp and contacted them through that website. From now on I will go directly to them. They were so communicative. The owner himself came to assess the need and then I got a call that afternoon from the office giving me a quote and scheduling an electrician to come out two days later. The electrician who came was prompt and got the job done quickly and well. We were able to pay by credit card right there. Very pleased- I just wish they did ALL home repairs because working with them was so easy.

Called on Saturday for next available appt. Was told Monday 1:30-3:30. Called at 3:45 when hadn’t seen or heard from anyone. Was told my appt was for the NEXT Monday. An entire week away. What a joke.Who the hell is waiting more than a week for an electrician.

Was able to get on schedule fast. Helped pick out parts needed for security camera install. Responds via text. Arrived on time and answered my questions at time of service.

Connect Electric, and Kevin specifically, have been awesome to work with. He came right out to provide a detailed quote for the various parts of the job. I sat on it for a few months, and then they honored the quoted price when I reenaged. Due to all the parts of the scope, it was a two-day job spread about a week apart. The office team was communicative, I got clear notices regarding scheduling, and then when the inevitable curveballs arrived (old house electrical is always complicated), Kevin kept me informed of exactly what was happening. The job is now done and I’m 100% satisfied in every way. I’m done calling other electricians now that I’ve found Connect Electric. Great work, Kevin and team!

Never, ever will I use them again! Tech lacked basic knowledge. The 2 security lights he installed did not work correctly. We checked the performance rating and reviews were horrible. The company promised a full refund for the lights. We had to call the company many times. Once the company actually refused to refund our money. We called again & again and finally got our refund 2 weeks later.

Hassan was neat and did thorough work. He was also friendly and personable. I would hire him again.

I had a great experience with electrician Kevin, he came within the stated time window, told him what I wanted, he got right on it, did an excellent recessed light install, when he got done, I asked if he could install a electric outlet in the kitchen, it wasn't a problem, & he jumped right on it also, it's good to know there are qualified electricians right around the corner in highland springs, I will be using them again. Actually this was my 2nd time meeting Kevin, he came to the house the 1st time & I thought his price was to high, so I told him I was going to get a 2nd quote from someone else, I came running back because his price was reasonable & much lower.
