Connect Electric was excellent! I was very impressed! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I had 5 ceiling fans and several light fixtures installed many on the fly and they never flinched or got flustered. The entire crew was very friendly and efficient, especially Belle, Kevin and Malcolm. Very professional! I'll be recommending them to everybody I know.

They have completed several projects for our home and have helped with a few troubleshooting issues. I feel that they have wonderful customer service and every one of the electricians with whom I've interacted have communicated clearly and have been patient in answering my questions about the work being done. Their quotes have been very fair, in my experience. I definitely recommend them!

Not sure why it’s so difficult to get a good electrician but my problem is solved! Timely, professional, and reliable. Tech was experienced, knowledgeable, and kind. Already looking into additional work we need done that I can give them.

Demond was excellent he came in started working on my hot water heater and found the problem. He couldn't fix the heater he referred me to a plumber . I am very happy with the service I received and would refer him to my friends and family 👍

Had to get my panel replaced and a new dedicated circuit installed today. I was really stressed about cost but everyone was very kind and had a ton of options regarding payment plans. Kevin was my electrician and he was an absolute professional! If I ever have home projects in the future he will 110% be my go to guy, he was quick and efficient and honestly did as perfect a job as possible. The team at Connect Electric did a great job from being very responsive to giving an estimate within 24 hours and completing the whole job within 48 hours of us contacting them. Would definitely recommend and we will be using them for other projects.

Kevin came by a couple weeks ago and wrote up a couple quotes. We called two other similar companies for quotes and Connect beat them by a country mile. Kevin came in today and knocked out three jobs in our home in less than two hours. These were not complicated jobs, but was too much for me as the homeowner. Kevin is a safe, fast and efficient electrician. And a great troubleshooter too. One of our jobs required his extensive past experience to figure it out, but he did and now the problem is solved. Thanks Connect and you have a customer for life.

After repeatedly stating that I needed outlets replaced, the company stated that the cost would be $149 and the technician would replace as many outlets as he could for 1 hour. After arriving, he stated that he was required to do a diagnostic. And the fee was $200, Not 150. Then he comes back with a $1,000 bill to replace a line and to replace the outlets would cost an additional $300. So I paid them but did but once again, they did not fix one outlet. I am now seeking legal action to have the repair completed or to refund my money.

Do not waste your time or money. But if you are reading this, let me know if you of a good electrician.

Update: July 23, 2025
I want to give an update. Today I finally was able to get the work done. Spoiler alert. I did not use this company. And the company I used completed the work with 1/3 of the price.

Connect told me that they had to remove wires from the wall, replace the electric box and it would take over $1000. Not only that, I had to buy the supplies which carried a price range of an additional $600.

Turns out an outlet went bad. I paid this company $149 to tour my house and they tried to literally rob me. They refused to send the list of problem, only the receipt that I paid $149.

I make it a priority to support small businesses but I will never support this business again.

I am now requesting my $149 back. This company attempted to pull a scam. Don’t fall for it

Connect electric came out and did some work for me and not only was it done professionally, the technician was courteous and went way above, he even relabeled my home panel, i had a Ev charger and power inlet box for my generator installed along with whole home surge protector. Kevin thank you for your work.

Kevin went above and beyond and did great work. On time, efficient, clear communication and consummate professionalism. Highly recommend.

Andrew showed up today to upgrade our electrical panel to support a larger generator, including new wiring, breaker, and an upgraded inlet box. He was extremely friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. We're very pleased with the service and will absolutely use them again!

Demond was absolutely fantastic! He installed all of my ceiling fans and my security system with ease. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and makes the work look effortless. I’ll definitely be booking him again soon to install my light fixtures.

Andrew did an excellent job! He put up two chandeliers, added dimmer switches and installed a Ring doorbell camera for me. He was friendly, professional and knowledgable. I will definitely ask for him again the next time I need an electrician! The price was also fair. Also, Belle who initially contacted me to set up the appointment was also terrific. She asked me detailed questions so she could make sure they knew exactly what I needed help with. She was also friendly and very professional!

Excellent service and excellent prices! Kevin from Connect Electrical was on time, friendly, and efficient. The price for the work was literally 1/4th of the price of the quote we got from one of the bigger electric companies out there (you can check my reviews if you want to know more). He also installed our GIANT ceiling fan and figured out our weird wiring system. He completed all the work in just a few hours. This was a year ago at this point and everything has been working perfectly since. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. It’s hard to find good contractors, so I couldn’t be happier to have found this company!
