Master Electric installed a Tesla Charger and serviced a generator today. The technicians came out at 8 o'clock, right on time. They were knowledgeable and efficient. They also cleaned up their work, including taking away empty box and its contents. The owner, Brad, was pleasant to work with and trustworthy. It was pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend them for electrical work.

Today was my first experience with their tech named Travis, he was awesome! He explained what he was doing & he got it done! Master Electrical has an awesome tech on their hands! Thank you Travis!

Matt G arrived on time. He did detail inspection and trouble shooting and explained what he found wrong with my generator and solved the problem. Matt G went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. A real Professional.

Travis was great. He explained what he was doing and why. He cleaned the generator showing care for it and the plants near it. I love all the people at Master Electric and Travis is another great guy and technician

Excellent service. We’ve used them for years under a maintenance contract and they are great- always call us to schedule our service and are prompt and professional. Our generator went out when power went out (on and off 4 times which apparently damaged our regulator last month) and they were here within an hour and fixed it. Great service since we’re at least 1/2 hr drive from Richmond in the country. Highly recommend!

I contacted them about installing an outlet that I could use for electric vehicle charging and provided the requested information, but never received a follow-up response, so 1 star.

Travis was extremely thorough in servicing our whole-house generator. Offered a couple of good suggestions for keeping it cleaner between annual service visits.

Travis was Excellent! He went above expectations and serviced my generator to turn over better and quicker. Travis tweaked everything up and now the generator seems to run much smoother. Thank you for the good service. I hope Travis will be my technician the next time the generator needs routine maintenance.

Travis knocked it out of the park today. He not only serviced my home generator but he taught me of a lot of things about it to keep my investment running. He is a very high attention to detail person and deeply cares about how he performs his work. This is my first experience with this company and when I need them to send a tech out in the future I will be asking for him and I would advise everyone to do the same to get above and beyond service like no other. I just had a Generac generator installed by Mike Trainum and Dre Williams. These two technicians were the most competent contractors I have had in the last 12 years. They were two of the most polite individuals I think I ever met. They always addressed me as "sir" and were always willing to answer my questions in a manner I could understand. Their work was outstanding. I want to thanks them for the outstanding service they provided me. It was a job well done. Thanks Mike and Dre.

We are delighted with the standby Generator installed by Master Electrical Services at our residence. The installers, Mike, Trey, Matt and others, were extremely professional, courteous, and did such a wonderful job. They kept us informed on the status and installation progress every day. Every detail was of the highest quality and far exceeded our expectations. We will use them again, if we have any other electrical needs, and highly recommend them to others.

I would just like to say dealing with Kelly from Master Electric services was an absolute pleasure. They handled everything from permitting from start to finish of picking up a whole house generator for me. They showed up on time worked very neat and clean and being a general contractor from South Florida I can really appreciate the professionalism that they showed. I cannot recommend this company highly enough thank you.

We have a Kohler generator. Master installed it years ago and we continue to have a service agreement with them. The servicing scheduler has always been proactive in working with us to schedule a prompt service call when we need it. The technicians we have worked with are knowledgeable of our systems and have always been to identify and fix any issues we may have had. We feel very comfortable knowing they're there to take care of our generator.

I asked him to help us on a bigger job at our new office. He led us to believe he was going to help us and then quit with no notice. I was left scrambling to find a new electrician and it put our office two weeks behind.

To this day I have no clue what we did to make him walk off like that.

I have used William several times from 2015 through 2017 for work on my 1959 home for full house check of switches outlets and box, installation of interior ceiling lights and ceiling fans, and exterior flood lights. I have been completely satisfied with the work and professionalism. I have found pricing more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to use him again and would refer him to others including work in my own mother’s house.

Scheduling the job was timely. The estimate given was reasonable unlike most companies out here and the work performed was exceptional by electrician Malcolm Williams. I highly recommend Connect Electric. Class act company.

The tech lacked knowledge. I did not like the quality of the Installed items. I then shopped for my own lights. I was entitled to a partial refund. They dragged their feet on refunding and finally relented. Never again! Avoid and beware.

Everything about our experience with Connect was amazing from start to finish - we can't speak highly enough of them! After we called for a quote on the work we wanted done - running electricity to our shed with an underground conduit, an outdoor outlet for our deck, and one indoor outlet installed in our living room molding - they turned the quote around very quickly and scheduled us for service in the next week or so. The customer service from Joy was extremely responsive, friendly, and professional, and Kevin and Demond went above and beyond with the work they did while they were here. Everything turned out exactly the way we wanted it.
