Fast, friendly, very well priced, he explained everything he needed to do, and the office staff was great to working with! Would highly recommend to anyone in the metro Richmond area needing electrical services.

I was not happy at all with the service. They did not fix the problem. The service man left and told me to call the office and set up a new appointment with someone else that could bring out the equipment that he did not have with him. I got stuck with an hourly bill and parts for things that did not need fixing. Totally unsatisfied.

Electricians and helpers are polite and knowledgeable. I have used this company since 2007 and have not had a bad experience yet. Even the office staff were super helpful and always make me feel confident that my job will be handled properly.

I highly recommend Harris Electric; they can do any job big or small.. GREAT staff; very professional and very prompt in getting guys out and getting the job done. The staff is very knowledgeable and can answer any question you may have. The phone was answered immediately and the in the office are awesome!!!! Will def be a returning customer- very, very happy with the work that was done.

I live in a rental apartment so management had contracted with this company when I had an electrical issue. Connor and Austin determined the problem quickly and efficiently and replaced the outside breaker, which was very old. Both of them were very friendly and personable, which made my anxiety decrease about not having use of my kitchen appliances over the weekend. I also talked to someone in the office (don’t remember her name) who was also extremely helpful and friendly. Thank You!

Great service! Called and got same day service. Receptionist was very nice. Electricians were very helpful and courteous. The prices were the best I had received after calling multiple electrical companies in the Richmond area. My bill was emailed to me and everything worked out great! Would highly recommend!

Very happy with service. Had my new hot tub wired and they did an awesome job. Professional and courteous. I had bunch of questions and they were answered in layman's terms so I understood what works what. Will definitely use again and would recommend for any work.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had what I thought was a dangerous electrical problem. I called Harris and talked to the sweetest person. She had an electrician at my house in less than 2 hours. He was so kind and knowledgeable. With me being an older person, I'm so grateful. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

James and Anthony came out to do the work today. I needed a new dryer receptacle. James and Anthony are such delightful people to meet. They are kind and professional. They did an excellent job, but more importantly, they are a joy to have in my home. The job was done well. They listened patiently to all my concerns. They cleaned up after the work was done. They reconnected my dryer vent when they finished. They did it all!! When they finished, I had nothing left to do - they took care of everything. So pleased that I had Steve Harris come out to give me a price. Everything went beautifully. Thank you so much! Blessings to all.

I cannot say enough good things about James, who came out today to do some small electrical projects for me. Harris Electric had a NEXT DAY appointment available when I called and the cost was beyond fair. I’ll be keeping them in my phone in case we need them again, and I’ll be singing their praises in our neighborhood Facebook group. 🥳

We’ve had multiple great experiences with Harris Electric and can’t recommend them enough! The schedule coordinator is very kind and was accommodating to our quick turn around request.
