Just a quick shout out to Ace Electric. I had an electrical plate added to my bathroom. Asif and Louis did a great job. They were very professional, quick and tidy. I am pleased with the work they did.

Reached out to Ace Electric on a whim when saw one of their trucks and was having a difficult time getting an electrician out for a very small residential job. My original online request was for an estimate. I received a call from Catherine and an appointment was set for the estimate, withing 2 days of my request. The Ace Electric rep showed up 10 minutes EARLY and while working to determine the issue to quote, he realized it was a simple issue and fixed it .

These guys are amazing! From scheduling down to the technicians - they are very professional, timely and reasonably priced. Anything we have called them for was taken care of within a reasonable amount of time and they stayed in contact throughout and explained all processes fully. Call these guys! You won't be sorry!

They sent two men to our home for a flickering light in our kitchen that they repaired by switching out the bulb with one we had laying around and rewiring a light fixture that was already installed.

The final bill was almost $300 with parts only being $10 of that total! We were charged $125 per person for two hours. Based on what we observed, both jobs could’ve been completed by one person in an hour. Even more frustrating, only one person was working.

When we received the invoice we immediately reached out to express concern. We were told that someone would reach out to us to discuss our experience which never happened. Needless to say we will not be using this company again.

I first came to appreciate Ace Electric in my position as facilities manager at a large, historic church complex. Ace provided well-trained, skilled and enthusiastic electricians who never failed to satisfy. High integrity of ownership and staff and good service are exemplary. Now that I am retired I continue to call on Ace for my personal electrical needs.

Ace saved me in a pinch. We lost power in two rooms in our house. On a Friday before hosting an event. They came out within an hour of me calling and fixed it quickly. Really professional and great team. Jake and Austin were lifesavers.

Hi I experienced a power outage issue at my house due to a mobile heater connected to power outlet. I Called Ace electrical for the service. Mr Brain service manager came for to take a look at it,he was very attentive to the details what i was explaining him and polite.then he schedule me with a technician Asif Ajani who was also very nice , being professional and expert about what he was doing, so i definitely recommend Ace electrical co for the service you need.

We had several issues with lights and some electrical lines at our home. We were impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of this company and the two gentlemen that did the work. A.J. and Tony did a fine job. We received an in depth invoice of each job , by parts and labor, and they were in ouch with us after the job was completed to make sure everything was done before we had to pay, Would recommend this company highly !

There’s a lot of daunting tasks that comes along with being a new homeowner but working with Ace Electric wasn’t one of them. They were professional, timely, genuine, nice, positively suggestive and efficient. I’d hire them over and over again!

Catherine is awesome. From the time I requested a quote til the time the job was completed she communicated with me. She even reached out afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. AJ & Timmy worked well together to get the job done. They respected our request to either remove shoes or wear shoe covers. I will definitely call & recommend Ace Electric in the future.

We LOVE Ace Electric! We use them for our shop and home. Catherine who schedules is amazing and very helpful. Personally, we only use Raymond (he's been there 40+ years) as he is the BEST in the business. Nothing he can't do and he will tell you in advance if it's a big job/easy job/etc.

Katherine and AJ were literally life savers. The power went out in our 90 year old mother in law’s room so I called my home warranty company with an emergency request. They referred me to Ace but they were booked solid for a week. After speaking with Katherine several times her concern and compassion became very apparent. She was going to do whatever it took to get the job done! She even called the warranty company on our behalf to make sure we were taken care of. In the end AJ a technician, who was very professional and nice, came out and promptly fixed our problem. On 6/5 my home warranty assigned me to Ace. On 6/6 I called and attempted to schedule an appointment. Catherine informed me that they didn’t have anything available until next week! Due to not having any power in a room in my home, Catherine made a few calls to see if anyone could come to my
Home that day. Jake came out within a few hours and found the issue within 20 min. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Ace listened to what I wanted, discussed the possible courses of action, and were very responsive to my input. They did a thorough job in a timely manner. They offered me the best price, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

I cannot say enough good things about Ace. We were without power in middle of winter with two small children and Ace got us back up and running in no time. We had to make an emergency call and they moved their day around to accommodate us. I am very grateful for their customer service and knowledgeable staff. They have a customer for life!

When I called Ace (because of so many good reviews), I was greeted cheerfully and treated with interest and respect as I talked about what I thought I needed. The sales manager called me back promptly and set up a time for an electrician to come this morning. A.J.and Will were here a few minutes early for an 8:30 a.m. appointment. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable (Will is an apprentice) and efficient in assessing my needs and doing the repair and additional outlets I needed. I live in a 90 year old building with solid walls. It took them longer to install the light in one closet than it would in a modern house, but they were more than up to the task. I highly recommend Ace Electric Company.
