I will definitely be using Ace Electric for all of my future electrical needs. Ricky, the service manager came to my house for a quote and sat down and explained everything that needed to be done and all of the pricing right there on the spot. My attic posed some challenges, but they found a way to gain access without putting extra holes in my walls and ceilings. Catherine was wonderful on the phone and the staff did an excellent job with installation AND clean-up!

Had a truly great experience with this company from start to finish. I had some tree limbs knock down the power line running to my house due to ice storms. Dominion Power would not reattach the brackets directly to my home for liability reasons which left a sagging live power line hanging too low in my backyard where kids play. I contacted Ace and they were very responsive to my call. They sent someone out the very same day to survey the situation (it was tricky because of the way the power line was draped over several large trees). Ace was able to reconnect everything perfectly and the electrician they sent out, Jake, knew exactly what he was doing. Catherine in the office who took my call and scheduled the work was also very professional and courteous and followed up with me to ensure everything had been done right. I will absolutely contact them again for any of my future electrical needs based on how quickly and professionally they handled my issue.

Everyone with Ace Elecetric has been amazing. Catherine is super responsive and eager to get to you ASAP. I have called with trouble numerous times and have been taken care of quickly and very professionally. All the techs are great and easy to work with but AJ is awesome., always goes above and beyond to ensure it is done right. Can't say enough good things about this team.

I reached out to Ace Electric for a complete upgrade to my electrical panel box. I live in an older brick home and am cautions with who I allow to work on the property as I want to preserve it’s design and character. The team at Ace Electric were very professional, courteous, and meticulous in the work that they completed—and all at a very reasonable price. I will definitely utilize them again for any future electrical work that I have a need for.

I had a problem with my disposal not working and thought it was the switch. Since I was not happy with my old electrician, I searched for a new one and selected Ace for two reasons. Their reviews being #1 and location.

I called their office and spoke to Catherine. She was very professional and kind to me. She schedule the appointment for me quickly for 5/7 between 11:30 AM and 1:30PM. The morning of 5/7, she called me and told me the men had finished up their first appointment earlier than expected and would I like them to come earlier or at the regular appointed time. I said "send them on".

Jake and Douglas arrived shortly thereafter. The problem was not with the switch as I thought, but a wire on the disposal itself. They promptly fixed my problem and the disposal is working fine.

I was so impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, pricing and kindness that I have called Catherine again and scheduled more work.

I have found my lifetime electricians @ Ace Electric and could not be happier. 5 star rating from me for exceptional service.

Ace Electric is exactly as their name suggests - They "ACE'd" the job. We have been their customers for the last 5 years and they exceeded beyond expectations. They have installed lawn and backyard lights, did wiring across the house. This time, I had them install a Level 2 EV charger (Chargepoint) for my EV - Ace had two of their technicians come over at the time they said they would and literally finished the job in a hour for less than 1/3rd of the cost quoted by the car dealer and other "EV specialized" vendors. I cant thank Ace enough..and yes, very very courteous and knowledgable technicians. If you need a job well done, dont blink - just call Ace..seriously!

Had Ace Electric replace my panel. After shopping around their price was the best. I'm very pleased with my service, price and with the quality of work. The guys were great! The company was great to deal with! I will definitely use again.

We had a phenomenal experience with Ace, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help. They fixed a multitude of electrical issues in our house, from adding outlets and ceiling fans in our bathrooms, to hanging new lighting fixtures (indoors and out), to hanging two flatscreen TV's, and changing outlets/switches in the house. They were extremely courteous, clean, and reasonably priced. We were really impressed, and will definitely use them again!

I was selling my house and needed a minor electrical repair completed by an electrician to satisfy the buyer. After reading the excellent reviews, i decided to go with Ace and it was the best decision I could have made. Catherine was polite, efficient and had me scheduled in minutes. The technician AJ was prompt and professional and I was done in and 25 minutes. I had called some other places with either poor customer service or no call back but these guys made me feel like I was their TOP priority although my repair was very trivial. If I weren't moving out of the area, I would be a customer for life. However, I will refer anyone in Richmond to use them for all their electrical repair needs.

Service was prompt, thorough, and very fairly priced. We had an electrical short over night due to an exposed outdoor outlet in the rain. They did great work and were very courteous. Would definitely use them again.

I called Ace Electric to install recessed lighting in two rooms in our home and add a few electrical outlets. The team Ace sent were prompt, friendly and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted done before getting started. What I thought would take at least three days only took them a day and an extra two hours the following day. The electricians had me check over all of their work before reviewing what they had done and the materials used on their work order, and then the invoice was emailed right to me before they left. I’m so happy with the lighting and how easy the process was from scheduling to paying for the work done. I will definitely call Ace Electric again for any of our electrical needs.

I used Ace to run an ethernet cable , install some recessed lighting and repair and replace several items in a house I just bought. They showed up on time and performed all work I request. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that that is fair, honest and hard working. I didn't have any issues with the work they completed, there was no need to call them back since everything was done right the first time. After receiving my bill, I think they provided me a great value for the work they completed. I would highly recommend Ace!

I’m incredibly hard to please. My expectations are that you quote a fair price, stick with it, and do the work professionally. I no longer expect professionalism, customer service, or general civility. Ace Electric knocked it out of the park for me. They were one of the few electrical companies that showed up and wanted to work. They were thorough and honest in their quote. The two young men who came out to do the work were true professionals. They took my issue and came up with the best solution. On top of it all, they had awesome attitudes, very professional and courteous, and worked hard. Should be the norm, but it isn’t today. Can’t tell you how everyone in the company works, but, if they all measure up to the 3 or 4 people I dealt with, you will be in great hands.

Got an EV and was getting quotes for charger installation. I knew what number to expect, so I was blown away by the ridiculous quotes I was getting from other companies - up to 3x as high as Ace's quote. Ace explained the breakdown, and I confirmed it was reasonable with friends, including professional electrical engineers.

They were polite, prompt, and professional. Got the work done quickly and with minimum fuss. The electricians were very personable as well.

10/10 would recommend every time. These folks are honest, professional, and very competent!

Brian and Cameron did some small electrical projects at our condo last week - installed two new outlets, hung new ceiling light, replaced dimmer due to flickering lights, etc. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We also used Ace Electric for small projects last year, with equally good results. We won't hesitate to hire them again, if needed!

I had an emergency situation at my home recently that was responded to by Ace electric. What a fantastic job they did. The electrician, Bryan, T and his helper completed the job very quickly and very efficiently. On top of that, Brian worked with his boss to make sure that the inspections got done in a timely manner, and our power was restored. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone, the pricing is very fair. Especially considered that you have to have licensed contractors insurance and all the equipment and supplies. It goes with it. Thank you guys again so much.

They were great! They came and did the job quickly, and professionally and that was reflected price which was really good. We had been using another company for years but felt they were doing too much of a hard sell (and their prices kept creeping up). We will be using Ace Electric from now on!
