We called ACE after a different electrician ghosted us on installing an exterior outlet; they’re also right down the road from us. Not only was ACE extremely communicative the entire experience but the final cost was half of what the first electrician told us it would be. They were in and out in a little over an hour and very respectful of the property. We’ve decided to use them again to install a porch light for our back deck.

Needed a ceiling fan installed and what I thought would be a lengthy (and costly) job, they knocked it out in a half hour. Also, I was waiting on the ceiling fan to be delivered so we scheduled a Friday afternoon appointment. It came on Thursday so I called to see if they were available same day, and they arrived 15 minutes later!

I called for the service and they were able to come within two days. They arrived at the scheduled time. The two technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem.
There was a misunderstanding upon the invoice bill receipt , but it was easily resolved to our mutual satisfaction. They came highly recommended to me, and I would recommend them to others. The office personnel quickly responded to my text/email inquiries.
