Tyler helped me get my wiring in order for a new water heater, as well as tossing in two new outlets needed for my sump pump and freezer.

Tyler of Dify Electrical was great in helping me out with some electrical work. He was friendly, explained what was needed to complete the job and kept me informed during the process. I had him install a ceiling fan on our back screened porch which involved the running of a second wire from the ceiling fan and adding a second switch where none existed so that the light and the fan would operate independently from one another. We also had him change out a faulty outlet where our sump pump is located. He was thorough, cleaned up after himself (including disinfecting the areas he touched) and even wore a mask and shoe covers while inside which was appreciated.

I definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Tyler ran a new line so we could switch our gas oven to electric, and he also added and moved some outlets for us. He was quick to respond, friendly, professional, and efficient. It was a seamless experience for us, and we would happily work with Dify again.

Tyler and his team were the only contractor to answer the phone on a weekend, after a big storm, when I had lost power in 95+ degree heat. He came out the very next day to assess the damage and did an extremely professional job on the repairs just two days later. He and his team were good communicators and I really can’t say enough wonderful things about them. I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing electrical services.

Homeowners Beware!!!!!! On August 5, 2022, DIFY Electrical came out to service an electrical concern, specifically to repair the light in the master bedroom closet. To access the issue Tyler and his apprentice went up to the attic. While in the attic, the young apprentice fell through the floor leaving a huge gaping hole in the ceiling. And while Tyler and his apprentice started the repair and damages caused by them, they have not returned or given us help and support to finish/complete the job. We have tried many many times over the past few weeks to contact the company to determine next steps and complete repairs (again damages caused by the company) but have been unsuccessful in our efforts. The company is not returning our calls or messages and it’s such a disservice and disappointment. Homeowners beware!!!!!!!

My experience with DIFY started off a bit rocky, I had a scheduled service that ended up in a no show. They have been having issues with google messaging and that resulted in me not getting a notice. After this incident, I reached out to DIFY. They not only came out to resolved my issues at no cost, but Tyler was exceptional and made sure all of our electrical issues were fixed. We had a charging station installed. Tyler was extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Explained all aspects of the process and provided options for us to consider. Job was completed in a very timely manner. Great job!

Tyler was great to work with. Super honest and transparent. On time and great experience overall. Made sure everything with the generator worked and did a walk through to make sure I understood how to operate it.

Yesterday, 29 August 2023, the electricity went out in my office. Everything just shut down but the rest of the house was unaffected. I called Craven Electrical Services and talked to Christina and within an hour she had Tony and Wolker out to fix the issue. It turned out to be a hot wire in the HVAC system and now I have power back in my office. Amazing how they found the hotwire but they did! Many Thanks to Craven for fast and very reasonable service by two Excellent Technicians!!

I hired Craven Electrical for a panel upgrade and was very satisfied with the work they did. The employees were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair for the work done.

Came home one evening to a burning smell and my water heater breaker had tripped. The following morning I called Craven Electrical first thing, and was very pleased from start to finish. Not having hot water wasn’t ideal so I was hoping for a fast response and they came through for me. After diagnosing the issue and fixing it, I was given a fair price for the repairs. Highly recommend

We called them about a year ago to repair an undercabinet light system. They said that it would be easier to replace, so we did to the tune of about $1000. After 8 months, one of the sections stopped working so we called for a repair. The problem was that one of the connectors between sections had fallen down as it had been taped up during their installation. A repairman came out, said that he needed a nail to hold up the connector (and I supplied the nail) and he fixed it. He spent a total of 10 minutes there to repair something that they installed incorrectly. The charge was $170. He called the office and was told that was the trip charge and "prorated" it. Never again!

We had CJ come to check why our outside outlet wasn’t working. It was a simple fix but he was very professional and respectful while here. We would not hesitate to recommend Craven Electrical to anyone or if we have an issue in the future to call them again. Ask for CJ.

Tony & Cedric did a wonderful job installing out new light panels at SVC. Great communication and cleaned up well after the job was complete.

CJ and Carlos were friendly and explained all they were doing in advance performing the service. In addition CJ was very thorough in diagnosing an electrical switch vs light fixture issue. Others may have stopped with looking at the fixture which was the obvious problem but CJ determined it was a switch problem instead. Thanks!

CJ and David did a wonderful job today with some work I desperately needed to be done. They came immediately and was finished in no time. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude.

Everyone at Craven has been lovely from start to finish. The gentleman who came to my house fixed some issues on the spot at a great price and performed all the work I needed at a great price as well. I really appreciate them working with me and will be using them again in the future for my electrical needs.
