I called this morning to request emergency assistance for an outlet issue. I was immediately connected and had someone on the way. Jason, who assisted us was incredible and very polite. He educated me on the matter and gave me additional steps needed in order to fix it. I will definitely keep using these service in the future. Thank you so much!

Tony(Anthony) and Walker(his apprentice) did an excellent small job for us. They showed up on time, worked quickly and left the work area so you couldn’t tell work had been done if not for the new outlets in the wall.

Our attic exhaust fan went out yesterday morning (Saturday) and by noon the house temps was rising even with both ACs working hard. I called Craven Electrical to see if they could help...the rep said they could but it's the weekend and the cost would be slightly higher than the weekday rate. I told him that we didn't to put any additional workload on the ACs than need to be and he said he would send out one of his contractors to have a look later in the afternoon. Blaine came out and did the assessment on the attic fan and told me what needed to be done for replacement and approximate cost for labor plus he would have to return in the morning with a helper and the new fan. They were at our house early Sunday morning and did a great job of replacing the unit and the price was very reasonable for a weekend short notice request. Great job for the folks at Craven. Highly recommend them. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Booked an appointment with Craven. Without ANY notification they canceled because I'm out of their service area. Waited 2 days without AC because they didn't bother to follow up.

Craven earned my business and loyalty. My contractor had them do some work in a basement remodel. Once everything was completed, I had questions about the GFCI set up. I called Craven and a crew came out the next day. Not only did the team make everything right, they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was prepared to pay for the visit but Craven fixed the issue free of charge. Thank you for making it right. You're now my go to electrical services company.

I had an electrical emergency. I accidentally overloaded a circuit breaker by turning on a space heater and a electric fireplace. I could not get my power back on. I called my service provider that I have a comfort plan with them and they could not help me. I called Craven Electrical Services and they pulled a crew off another job to help me. The gentleman diagnosed and fix the problem in less than 2 hours. From this day forward Craven Electrical Services will have my business and I will recommend them to family and friends. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!! Please give them a try. I highly recommend them!!!

I had Craven out to look at my Solar set-up and they said my batteries needed to be replaced. So I bought $9000 worth of batteries. Called them and set up a time for them to do the installation. They called and had to change the appointment due to the tech being in the hospital (understandable). Then about 4 days before our rescheduled appointment I get a call telling me they closed their solar department. So I'm now stuck with $9000 worth of batteries that I can't get installed because no one wants to touch my old solar set-up.

Worst customer experience ever!!

we just had CJ and David come fix our electrical issue for our Co2 pump in our warehouse. They were very professional and knowledgeable getting the work done quickly and efficiently. Way to go, dynamic duo KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK...

I called Craven in a pinch, and I received same-day service - that's impressive this day and age! Jason and Thomas arrived on time, were very polite and careful in my home, and worked very efficiently together. I even surprised them with a few "extras" while they were here, and they addressed them without complaint. I would highly recommend Craven for your electrical needs!

We are grateful and thankful for Mr. Craven himself coming out on an emergency call on Thanksgiving Day. He was professional and we truly is so happy he took the call and walk us through ensuring us that he would be at a home in a timely fashion. Our Panel box was arching and then started to melt the breakers which caused a burning smell throughout the house. He repaired what need to be taken of so we can have electric. We will be upgrading our fuse Panel. We recommend Craven Electric. This is the true meaning of being thankful on Thanksgiving Day!

During the extreme cold a few weeks ago, we unfortunately had an electrical fire in our home. Craven Electrical’s 24/7 electrician that came out in less than 30 minutes of me calling that night, assessed the damage, and determined it was not safe for us to turn on our power. But they were extremely helpful and professional, worked with the power company, kept us updated, and extremely quickly took care of everything we needed, getting us back in our home very quickly. And as a bonus… had very competitive prices! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work, or to keep in mind if you have an electrical emergency! Absolutely the best service I could have asked for (installed outlet in garage for EV and upgraded generator hookup from 20 amp to 30 amp). Office managers were extremely responsive - scheduled an estimate within two days of request and service within three business days of estimate. Richard and Michelle did the work and were extremely professional and competent. Invoice matched the estimate - am extremely satisfied!

We experienced a major issue in the middle of the night in a rented house, that resulted in the power company cutting power to our home due to unsafe conditions. Tony and his apprentice Cedric, handled the entire remediation process end-to-end quickly and professionally. We no longer have power issues and everything has been running smoothly.

I had a great experience with Craven Electrical. I had an emergency issue and they communicated well and arrived in a timely manner. Both CJ and Bland found the issue and although it was a problem with Dominion Energy, they did a great job of explaining what caused the issue and told us to contact Dominion to resolve it (which they did). I really appreciate that they did everything they could to fix it and I completely understand that it was a larger power issue. I would recommend Craven and I would definitely use their services again!

Called the office about the issue I have, they sent two electricians to my house after a little more than an hour. Tony and Cedric investigated the reason for the issue and implemented the necessary fixes that returned the electric power to the room. They returned everything the way it was and cleaned the work area and left. I have had work done by Craven Electric in the past and their electricians always came through. I highly recommend them.

Craven is a great company. They came out to our house on time. Unfortunately, they could not do this particular work. However, they stayed with us until they found another company that could. They called several companies and eventually got us an appointment with the right company. They did not charge us a thing. We appreciated that they did not leave until we had another appointment set up with a company that could do this particular kind of work.

Craven completed two small jobs for us today and did great work. They called before they arrived and they were very polite while in our home. CJ we very energetic, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with.
