The two technicians who came to my home were very friendly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. RK Newman gave me an in depth and competitive quote for installing a new circuit/plug for my microwave hood install. I was able to email pictures of the job, and received my quote within a couple days. They were quick to schedule once I accepted the quote. The two men that came to install were on time, communicative, and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned up after.
