This company called me to to tell me they ran into problems at a previous job and would be at least 2 hours late. That's after I had been waiting for 4 hours. That means I have taken an entire day off work to wait for them. When I explained that it would have been nice to have someone call before the very last time frame they were supposed to be here to let me know they weren't coming, I was told that was the best they could do. Then I was told that Dillard Electric wouldn't be coming at all and hung up on. Thinking the phone might have disconnected on accident I called back. It turns out it wasn't and accident, I was hung up on intentionally. So, if you're looking for a company who may or may not show up, don't care that you have to take an entire day off work to wait for them, and enjoy being hung up on I can recommend Dillard Electric. If you don't, well.... maybe try someone else.

Would definitely call again! This was the first time we used our home warranty. Mr. Dillard was professional and friendly and worked efficiently in our home. We had separate issues on different floors of our house and he fixed every single thing. He gave us more insight to our house than the home inspection did.

Leon Dillard of Dillard Electrical came out to look at our ceiling fan which was under home warranty. He was informative, got to the problem right away which was a new ceiling fan. Took a couple of days to order. We didn't mind the wait. Would call on his company again.

Honest company to call for all types of electrical work.

Love their laid back demeanor. They know what they are doing without being cocky. Good guys, reasonably priced, would recommend to anyone!

Jerry fanning is very unprofessional. He doesn't follow codes, his work is sloppy, he's also very profane and unorganized. Terrible just plain terrible. So if youre thinking about doing business with Jerry, save yourself the money and hire a real professional.

Sounds to me like Brandon below got fired. Then decided to be a punk and wreck the solid 5 star review. If what he says is true, you get the police involved, you don't flame the party publically. I bought some old Hunter fan stuff from these guys a couple years ago and great guys to work with.

This company is unusually bad. I have never heard of such profane language in the workplace. The installation of electrical equipment is sloppy; More often than not, never up to code. The quality of work is terrible. The owner of this business degrades his employees, as well as provides unsafe working conditions. They also use low quality materials.

He replaced 4 GFCIs, a ceiling fan, and two bathroom lights for a great price. Best deal ever. Seriously; I worked four years in electrical and plumbing at Home Depot, and Fanning did not overcharge, and did a 100% perfect job, no cleanup required afterward. Very clean, perfectly done, at a great price.

The electrician made allegations that the light switch was faulty after he incorrectly installed the light fixture. He said that customers are always scheming against him, implying that the light switch was inoperable prior to his arrival and he needed to be paid $125 per/hour for an undetermined amount of hours to fix the light switch. The light switch which worked fine prior to him taking it apart. The electrician from Fanning proceeded to brag how he charge a female customer for numerous hours of service over the course of five days to correct her light switch wiring. He said that I should be grateful that he spend less time on my light switch wiring "saving me money". If a professional believes that the clients make false claims such as light switch did worked prior to his arrival and undoing of the wiring, the professional would take a second to flip the light switch to ensure that it is working prior to removing the panel and undoing the electrical wiring. I immediately informed the owner of Fanning to which he agreed to correct the situation and noted that his employee should conducted himself in a professional manner and not accuse the client (me) of deception. Several call later, the owner of Fanning continued to make promises to address the wiring issue (lights in the kitchen and living not working) however never did so citing health issues. Once, I presented the owner the solution of splitting the cost of the services that another Electric Company charged to correct the situation, he replied no citing that the electric company over charged me. Fanning owner did not deny the poor workmanship of his employee, he instead refused to pay. When Fanning Electrical installed a ceiling fan and two light fixtures, the Electrician said that he had never installed this type of ceiling and constantly was instructing his helper who he said was in training. I paid for professional services yet I received a person who was in training and a person with a history of accusing clients of misdeeds.
