Nick was great. He’s an advisor who seems to be interested in building a long term relationship vs just making a sale. He gives you all the options and doesn’t try to upsell you a bunch of other things/categories/services you probably don’t need. Great job Nick your a pro.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Nick and First Call Electric! We have had him do a number of electrical tasks including installing lights both inside and outside, mounting and dismounting fans, and making minor electrical repairs. He is always exactly on time. He's energetic and works fast, and as far as I'm concerned his prices are very reasonable. I do not hesitate to recommend him highly for any sort of typical electrical job.

Nick at First Call was responsive. His work seemed good, but he wasn't the primary electrician. His workers did most of the work and are learning interns at best which is scary when dealing with electrical work. They are messy and don't clean up after themselves. We have lighting flickers and surges from the work that they completed that was not present before they came. I would not recommend.

Reply -- yes, nice try, we are real customers. We brought the issue to your attention and you lied about what was causing it. We are hiring a credible electrician to retrace all of the work your interns did so that we can fix the shoddy work. Really awful. Wish we had never hired you.

Had First Call come out to fix my water heater that wasn’t heating up. We’ve used First Call before on some electrical work. They did an excellent job, so figured I tried them for water heater. Boy did I make a great decision, Nick and his crew came on time and work quickly. They got it up and running and very reasonable prices. Always had a great experience with them. Don’t hesitate to use them you won’t be sorry.

Nick and his crew are fabulous- always on time, neat, and get the job done right. Nick is very quick to respond to a text, and tells you ahead of time what a job will cost. They’ve done so many jobs for my husband and me that I’ve lost count- today they wired in our new hot tub. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

New first time home owner here... Had a mishap with a weedeater and ended up damaging the thermostat wire which knocked out our AC. Long story short, I reached out to Nick per our realtor's recommendation for advise. Nick was nice enough to take time out of his busy day to communicate with me and got us back up and running! He didn't have to help some random stranger like that, but he did, and boy do we appreciate it! I know who I'll be calling for my future HVAC and electrical needs!

Weve has Nick assist us on other electrical projects. He is always kind and courteous and his work is excellent.

Excellent service and a fair price. Nick came out same day on the weekend for a heating unit that failed. He returned Monday with a new part and got the unit running. Monday was the earliest the part could be ordered. I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism in which Nick carries himself.

These men were awesome. Justin and Chris were professional and did a clean job. This is what the future of America should be. Good men, doing a good job to take care of their family. Well worth the price and I'd give First Call Electric a go if you need clean electrical work. I couldn't give 10 stars because they max out at 5. Highly recommend.

Jason from J&M Electrical came to look at the repair of bathroom exhaust fan. The new parts arrived when he was here so he replaced the old heater coil and the unit was back working. Excellent service and quality work. Definitely recommend them.
