We needed 2 cabinets rehung. The work was completed quickly and well, with everything done in less than a week from when we called, all for a fair price. We will definitely use Blue Knows Repairs again in the future.

Picked up my call on a Saturday and was able to come the very next day (Sunday) to do our installation: a heavy mirror into a brick fireplace. Don was reliable and professional and the job was done exactly as hoped.

Nick has worked for me on projects at my personal home and my real estate business. He’s very professional, a good value, and knows how to do a lot of things. He most recently helped with some repairs for a client’s home and she was ecstatic with the work.

Nick has now done two projects for us: replaced rotted front porch supports, and repainted the shutters and screened porch supports. Both times, Nick and his crew did great work at a reasonable price.

In the first project, we thought the problem was just a rotted support. Nick discovered that the roof over the front stoop had been installed incorrectly, so in addition to replacing the rotted portions with PVC columns, he tied everything in as it should have been done originally.

BIRD PROBLEM? BUYERS BEWARE .... We had birds take up residence in our exhaust vent over our range. This company had been recommended by several neighbors so we thought it was a no brainer. They "cleaned" which is blowing out the debris and performed their so-called sanitizing method and 10 minutes after they left I could still hear the birds in the duct work. I immediately called and they scheduled a tech to come back out the next day. He arrived and put the camera down the vent and advised that there was 1 live bird and 2 dead ones.

How they can say they "performed" their service is beyond me. You cannot sanitize and clean something when there is still wildlife stuck in the vent/ducts. I had to have another person come to my home and remove the live bird and dead birds. Our entire vent hood is now trashed as it's full of bird droppings and the ducts are covered in bird droppings as well.

Their so-called fine print is at the very bottom of the scheduling email in the lightest gray font possible and their "satisfaction guarantee" refund of $50 is a joke. I'll be posting on all social media platforms and providing all of these details to my neighbors that have used their "services" and will never recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
