Timely, easy to get into contact with, and highly professional. Michael took pictures of every finding and clearly explained each service he recommended. Inspected, quoted, and completed the necessary repairs in under 3 hours (ended up being a bigger job than just cleaning). Brought our dryer exhaust up to code and cleaned probably 10 years' worth of lint that the previous homeowners had left behind. Only surprise with the entire experience was how badly the homebuilders had bungled the dryer exhaust installation — which The Dryer Vent Guys fixed with aplomb.

Would recommend to anyone who needs dryer vent work.

Michael called to let me know his eta. That's something I appreciated so I knew how long I had to get ready for his arrival. He was kind and patient while we reviewed what the project was going to entail. He treated my home respectfully (there was lots of in and out and the temperature was low so he always closed the door in between trips) Once he completed the project. He cleaned up, took pictures and then showed me everything that was completed. It was a great experience.

Michael came to clean out my dryer vent. He also did a safety check and found 2 things that he recommended being replaced. He took pictures to show us, and thoroughly explained why he felt they should be replaced but did not pressure us at all. He was very professional, and very meticulous. I wish there were more hard working, honest men out there like Michael. I would not hesitate referring my neighbors to The Dryer Vent Guys and asking for Michael!

Scheduling was online and easy. Service provider confirmations were consistent leading to the service schedule, but not burdensome.

Technician showed up on schedule, with text and cell call prior arrival notifications. Typical requests regarding pets, sick client.... no problem.

Work was performed by a uniformed, courteous, knowledgeable technician, Michael Q., who provided pre-work scope of requirem, safety issues, near term and long term considerations. Having a previous "Fire Department response" 🚒 to a "ADT HEAT" Alarm, this was refreshing 👌.

Daniel discovery safety issues from previous installations from our Big Box Store, in particular, the install allowed 240v wiring to RUB on a sharp edge of the dryer rear panel. Not trusted the Big Box Store back then, we installed a dedicated battery operated smoke detector under the cabinet above the dryer. This is in addition to the ADT Smoke/Heat, Whole House Smoke 120v/ 9volt backup. 3 levels of security.

Change your batteries 🔋 don't get cheap stupid! Fred

I was experiencing some leaking in my dryer venting and needed help with a quick diagnosis and correction. Michael from the Dryer Vent Guys, came to my home inspected my venting on my roof, in my attic and in my laundry room. He then gave a detailed account of what was likely causing my condensation build up and offered me all of the solutions to fix it. He was very thorough in his work, very polite, and worked very quickly. We are satisfied and would recommend using the Dryer Vent Guys again.
