Michael was great to work with! Very professional, friendly and answered any questions we had. Something that really stood out to me and my husband was he put shoe booties over his shoes when he had to walk on our floors. Most contractors we have worked with recently do not do this.

Insanely overpriced for what it is - $300+. Technician did a good job, but was at my house for about 1 hour total. Our dryer vent is extremely simple and efficient. The tech admitted it barely needed cleaning. Yet they are charging me $300 for an hour of cleaning? This is very overpriced. Might as well save the money and buy a new Washer-Dryer combo every few years with the savings.

I’m really glad I called the Dryer Vent Guys. I have been a little worried about the safety of the previous dryer vent set-up going under the crawl space of my house. Michael Q provided photos and a very clear explanation of the issues he found. While the updates he recommended were pretty extensive, it all made sense to me. His follow-up visit to make those updates went exactly as planned. He communicated appropriately and then got straight to work. He also provided photos of the follow-up work. I was very pleased overall.

Michael did an extremely thorough job in getting our dryer vents cleaned in our commercial space. He went over in detail what he was going to do and did a great job.
