Brio Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning our home! From the very beginning, Gabriel was extremely pleasant and professional while scheduling our service, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The two ladies who came to clean were absolutely amazing—thorough, detail-oriented, and very respectful of our space. Our home looked and felt spotless when they were finished. We’re very impressed with the quality of service and will definitely be using Brio Cleaning again. Highly recommend

Highly recommend Brio. I have high standards in the services I use. Overall very happy with the cleaning quality and efficiency of his wife and team. It’s nice to work with a company with great communication and timely responses. Impressed with the customer service they provide through small touches. Brio seems to take care of their employees, which is extremely important to me.

I reached out to 8 companies, and Brio was the only one to respond—within 20 minutes Gabriel connected with me to start the process. Gabriel shortly after called and went through details of the services, client expectations, and book the cleaning. I customized what they are cleaning—full bathrooms, kitchen, downstairs living areas.

I’’m most impressed a Brio manager came to my house to inspect the final work of the ladies, and this manager helped the crew to perfect the service.

Pricing is very fair for the quality and efficiency of cleaning. Appreciate the discount for booking bi/weekly vs monthly. We did a deep cleaning and switched to bi weekly moving forward.

Did a deep clean of full bathrooms. and downstairs living areas and kitchen. 93% satisfied with the cleaning—highly recommend. Gabriel immediately assured me we could get to 100% satisfaction.

Called to get some work done, they gave me an estimate said they'd call me back. They didn't call for a week. When I talked to them the second time I got a different explanation of the repair, then again told me they would call me back. Nothing came of it.

James came out and fixed our shower (on Memorial Day I might add). He was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly affordable. I highly recommend James and Blueknows for any plumbing issues. Thanks guys!

Great service and very professional. I called for a toilet repair and he was able to give me a 1 hour window for next day and arrived on time and finished the job quickly too. Don was awesome - I even received a thank you text!

Don did a beautiful job replacing the door on my shed. The size of the door was smaller than standard, so he had to custom cut it, adding new lock/handle and hinges. I will certainly be calling him again for other projects.

No More Worries!

Contacted BlueKnows for a water leak from kitchen sink that was flooding kitchen and lower level of my home. They arrived promptly and corrected all issues from faucets, pipes and floor/ceiling repair. Great service. The quality of work is awesome. I highly recommend them.

I was looking to get some service done on my home and called blue. Everything was normal, told him where I lived and he told me he’d be able to take care of the service for me. He gave me an estimate, I was fine with it, though I asked if I could purchase some materials elsewhere for cheaper. He said I could, so I went on a search but didn’t really find much so I let him know I’d like to proceed with the service in full without me purchasing the materials myself. We set a date and time (after having to contact him twice but people are busy, I get it) and everything was fine. The weird thing is he never asked for my address after we set the date for service. Unwarranted, I sent him my address the night before so he knew where he would be going. Weird that he wouldn’t ask me that himself the day prior or even earlier. The morning of the service date (literally an hour before), he responds stating that I was out of his service area and that he’d have to refer me to someone else. I asked if that person was available for service the day of but no response, so I feel obliged to write this review for others to steer away from this handyman. I believe this is a absolutely unacceptable, terrible communication and even worse, as I stated at the beginning, he knew where I lived, it’s just odd that he’d never ask again and then the morning of, pass off the service on my house because of my location. Seems as if he never wanted to complete the service in the first place. Stay away if you actually intend to get something serviced, he may turn you away at the very last moment.

Contacted this company because high winds tore my shutter off of house. It was extemely short notice however the gentleman said he'll be over first thing thd next morning. I left for work and he informed me that the shutter was put back on and the price was awesome. Definitely using them again for future services. Thanks and I would suggest using them to anyone. Great job!

Needed some emergency siding & window frame repair after some hurricane damage. They were out same day for an estimate and back 3 days later to do the work. Came back on a Sunday to make some final touch ups. Very fair pricing. Work looks great. No complaints.
