Great experience with Heroes Moving and storage. Prompt scheduling, curteous service, and positive interactions with each person I encountered. Scheduling was easy for moving our specialty furniture item. Highly suggest using them for big or small moves.

Jimmy, Kyle, Christian, and Cory provided excellent service. They were professional, courteous, on time, and treated our stuff with care. Would recommend Heroes.

I gave them a call and they were able to schedule me at very short notice, they showed up on time and their team was courteous and professional. The quote was very competitive as well.

First leg of the move review: Ed helped on the video phone w inventory. So kind and flexible. Never left me feeling like I inconvenienced him. Made changes several times and he always had a smile. For loading, there was a team of 4. Powerhouses they were. Most worked hard the whole time. All were respectful and pleasant toward me and our home. Can’t say how things were packed in truck or how they will be at unload, but I anticipate the same high level of service and kindness. 😊

Our piano was significantly damaged due to poor placement/wrapping during our move. I have reached out multiple times for assistance in submitting a claim, however, no one has responded. I’m happy to change this review if someone will reach out and help us repair our piano.

What a wonderful group of people! I had the misfortune of contracting Covid right before our schedule moved. There was no hiccups with rescheduling, and we completed our move today flawlessly. Cory and Carlo could not have been a better crew for the job. Many thanks for your excellent service.

Heroes Moving & Storage did a truly excellent job with our local move: prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. The packing team was superb (only a single glass broken) and the delivery team was efficient and conscientious. They also did a great job moving our console piano; it didn’t even need a tuning afterwards! Hands down my best moving experience out of over a dozen moves over the years (including cross-country and overseas moves). Highly recommended!

We wanted our 5 ft. baby grand piano moved from one room to another in our home. The 2 man crew handled the 600 lb. baby with care. They placed it exactly where we wanted it and at the precise angle we requested. Donna and Scottie in the office were informative every step of the way from getting an estimate to the date and time of arrival and service.

Heroes moved 2 pianos for me. They were prompt, knowledgeable, engaging, and above all, totally professional. They are the best, hands down. I highly recommend them for any and all moving needs.

The actual movers were wonderful, but scheduling with Scottie and Jessica was extremely difficult and frustrating to the point, that the couch store owner, who highly recommended Heroes and included over $200 for delivery in the couch bill, had to intervene.

Professional company! Very clean. The gentleman even wiped their hands with cleaning wipes before touching the unpackaged furniture. We got a text 40 min before their arrival as they said would happen. They even went the extra mile and stopped at the store where I bought the furniture to pick up the matching pillows to save me a 45 min drive. Thanks for your great customer service.

Scottie at their office was great to deal with on scheduling and the guys that showed up to deliver were on time and very professional, I'll use them for any moves going forward. Not to mention they were cheaper then that three other companies I called.

This is our second time using Heroes Moving and Storage. They moved our piano in our home and then when we had our floors refinished they helped us with our heaviest items so we didn't scratch our new floors. They are extremely thorough, professional and communicative. The movers that arrived were courteous and didn't damage our items or our floors. We would use them again and again. We like that you can do a whole house move or hire them for a few hours. Heroes Moving assisted us with our local move from Glen Allen to Manakin Sabot. Our experience was as seamless and smooth as it gets. From the initial FaceTime inventory call, to update phone calls, to moving day, the entire process was a breeze and communication was great. We had 2 movers, Steel and Dominique, and they were friendly, fast, efficient, professional, and conscientious. All of our furniture was wrapped with moving blankets and treated with respect. I could not recommend enough! Had a large 400lb item that needed to be brought into my house. Scottie was amazing coordinating and working with me as the freight company was vague on the actual delivery time. Kyle and Derrick were very careful and did an amazing job. Oh, and their pricing was best of several companies I called.

I couldn't find a better company to work with. I love a small business that understands customer service, top quality and professionalism. I wish I could give them a 6th star!

Delivery of porch furniture from Summer Classics. Exceptional team delivered and communicated in advance. Had to problem solve to navigate a tight doorway give size of furniture. Worked through it carefully. A+. Will use again if we have a move of our own.
