Fortress provided quality service for us this year ranging from weekly maintenance to repair to closing for the season. They were always very responsive and dependable. Our past pool service company was hit or miss at best with scheduling and non-responsive with communication. Fortress was the complete opposite of that.

Fortress Pool Service of Richmond did an awesome job keeping our pool in tip-top condition all summer. Hands down the best cleaning service I've ever used. Theyvare detailed in everything they do. Not just once to impress, like so many whose quality gets worse each time they clean. They are consistent, every time. I've been using them to clean my home every 2 weeks for about 5 months now and I would be lost without Joyce. They also are very dog friendly and adore my big 100lb Doberman babies, who can't wait for their visit.
