Matthew was on time, respected my home, and explained my issues very clearly. He offered to take care of some preventative stuff today and I decided to accept their annual services to keep my house pest free all year long. Thanks Matthew!

He came out right on time did the work fast and good. He gave us ideas on how to fix the problem. He did get us to sign up for the $99 service to get our yard sprayed to help with the roaches that we had. All in all the company is good anytime we call to get someone out they ask what day is best for us and it's been the same guy most of the time and he's one of the best and I like him to come to do the service on the yard.

After 10 years of living in our house, for the first time we saw some mice. To put it in plain English, I freaked out! I called a couple of places but the difference between them and Go-Forth Pest Control, was that I was able to speak to a human and not a machine. Olivia was very nice and helped me decide what plan would work best for me. Not to mention she calmed my nerves. That was the first good experience. Secondly, a technician (Jay) was able to come the house the same day. When he arrived, he was courteous and placed covers over his shoes before entering our home. He explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He sent me pictures of areas of the house that we need to seal to prevent unwanted tenants.😝 Lastly, we made a follow-up appointment to assess how things were progressing. Jay spoke very confident but also realistically. He explained that the situation would resolve but it may not be instantly. I'm hoping that what ever products they use will eliminate these unwanted guests for good!

As of now, I'm very happy with their customer service and the service that was provided. I will update at a later date to see how long it takes for this situation to resolve and give a full review.

Responsive, professional and courteous service. It has been nearly a year and I am very pleased with each and every tech that has visited to put down a pest application. Pet friendly too!---Update- another treatment today and Nick did a great job covering all the spots I requested on top of the normal perimeter treatments. I appreciate that every tech that has done my yard over the past year or so has done thorough treatments and I have been very pleased with not seeing in the house! After a year and several months in with Go Forth Pest Control I can say without any reservation that Go Forth is a top tier pest control company delivering thorough pet friendly pest control each month during the summer and every other month during fall/winter.

Kalil was a great professional communicator about the services we were receiving. He was so kind to my very large curious dog too! Came back after completing and efficiently gave me our glowing report, which is always nice to hear. Would recommend his and Go-Forth pest control to anyone.

Kelil has been out a couple of times and each time not only completed our pest control service but also took the time to explain to us what he did and why. He also assured us that he took steps to protect the health of our dog. I highly recommend Go-Forth Pest Control and Kelil!

The technician for the bug control service was great and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He was concern about getting rid of any types of bugs seen att the home . I give the technician an 5 star rating I feel he deserves it. He said, he be back 30 days has an Truimph employee I told him I will tell the owner that he came by and the service he provided. I thank the technician again and he left. It was an great experience.

We’ve had an ongoing issue with some pests and added to our normal basic service a few months ago. As described and discussed by the technicians over time, their experience and efforts have effectively improved and eliminated the pests as indicated. Every technician that I dealt with was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, as well as having excellent attention to detail. Nicely done!

My technician Jaylen Was super professional, timely, and went above and beyond to help address my pest problem. In addition to his outstanding work, he offered recommendations and LowCost additional services to help prevent problem from reoccurring. He was courteous, respectful, and super polite. I would recommend Jaylen to all
of my friends, colleagues, and family if they ever are in need of his company’s services. I hope his company recognizes what an asset they have in him and his great customer service.

Excellent communication, fair pricing, and great folks! They did a fantastic job with our office/ warehouse! They worked with us to stay within budget while also hitting the biggest areas of need in our space. We are on a monthly plan with them and are excited to continue the relationship!

Oscar has been a fantastic service to me and my home! I trust him with everything from bathroom to kitchen to floors! I often say specifically what I want, and he always does a bit extra, whether it’s folding blankets or tidying up and it is always a nice feeling to have things a bit more kept(: We have two dogs and he has no problem working around them and my schedule. I started using him back in 2022, and he is always efficient, timely, and responsible. I cannot reccommend his services enough in the Richmond area! Even when we were out of town, he took the time to come and clean the house and provided photos of a job well done!

I was able to schedule a carpet cleaning service easily. The business was great at communicating prior to the techinicans arrival. Thomas was very polite and professional. He offered additional services if I needed anything. I was able to get our vinyl sheet flooring in the kitchen cleaned as well. We'll worth the cost, which I found to be extremely reasonable.

Hired this company after purchasing a home to go through and deep clean all the carpets. The rugs, which did not appear dirty, are now a totally different and lighter color! The home smells fresh and clean and I couldn’t be happier. Would not hesitate to recommend them; they were efficient, friendly, and on time.
