Called for service due to pet accidents in multiple areas. I was able to get on the schedule quickly. Options to treat were explained well without any aggressive tactics. Thomas did a good job and we were pleased with the results.

Customer service is excellent from the initial call to schedule service, the text message to confirm, the promised 30 min call ahead to the meeting of the two technicians that came to clean. I had heavy pet urine in my carpet and Remington and Alex spent hours flushing the odor and stains from my carpet. Both of these young men were very courteous and respectful of my home. I will be using this service again and would recommend to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

Alex was amazing, he thoroughly explained everything he was going to do, the procedures, such a courteous gentleman, very knowledgeable, and I will tell you the carpets look spectacular. We decided to go with this company rather than Stanley steamer. The white carpets came out amazing he went over and above. Definitely recommend them

I was absolutely blown away by the service, it brought me to tears! My husband and I moved into our house a year ago and had professional carpet cleaning done by another company. To say the least, we were disappointed that the company suggested the stains in the carpet were permanent and nothing couldn’t be done to lift it.

We were drawn to Zerorez because of their guarantee to spot treat. Well they did NOT disappoint!!
