Team was awesome. The guys were very professional and responsive. Nate came out within a day for the estimate. The quote was sent next day and the price was fair. Day of service, technician Tommy was prompt and thorough. He walked through with me before and after and explained the process. He made my old house and patio look new in just a couple hours.

WOW... Spotless did an exceptional job cleaning all of our windows inside and out. They have never looked so clean, thanks to Jose Luis and Pedro who did a fantastic job. They were efficient and professional and I will definitely be call ing Spotless again to clean our windows. They are Spotless!

Spotless came out and soft-washed the whole house. There were some areas that didn't completely meet the expectation I had in my mind of the finished product. I let customer service know and they sent over 2 more guys, plus the supervisor to check over the work. They did an excellent job, and went above and beyond. They also reset some dislodged panels on my siding even though they hadn't become dislodged through any fault of theirs. I'm very happy with the work done. 10/10 service.

A huge shout-out goes to our technician, Deshaun, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. He was professional, polite, and clearly took immense pride in his work. He meticulously double-checked every single window cleaned by both himself and his teammate to make sure the job was done perfectly. This level of dedication is rare and greatly appreciated. We are completely thrilled with the sparkle and shine he delivered.

My only piece of constructive feedback relates to the initial estimate process. While I have zero complaints about the cleaning itself, I wish the company had been clearer about their service tiers upfront. I learned after the fact that there is a premium service that includes a deep clean of the window sills. The standard service only includes a quick swipe to remove loose particles. I definitely would have opted for the premium sill cleaning had I known it was an option—it’s worth mentioning to customers during the initial quote.

Overall, the actual service provided was excellent, thanks largely to Deshaun's outstanding efforts.

Jose Luis and Miguel were so professional! Our windows look amazing inside and out. Temp was 34 degrees and they took their time to get it perfect. We also had gutter cleaning and soft wash equally great! Highly recommend these services.

Zo and Rafael did a wonderful job cleaning my windows inside and out, including all of the dirt in the seals. This is the second time I have used this company. This service was better than the first time. I am glad I called them again. I love that the guys wore booties on their shoes while inside. They were super nice! Thanks for your hard work!!

Since our windows had not been cleaned in a couple years we opted for the Premium service and we highly recommend this service. Windows, sashes, and sills were all spotless when Rafael and Omer were done.

Spotless dug us out of the ice (our frozen-solid driveway) after the recent snow/ice-pocalypse.
They couldn't have been nicer, more professional, or better to work with. They communicated clearly, we knew when to expect them, and the guys who saved us from the ice were super nice and got the job done fast.
Spotless could have charged us 2 or even 3 times what they did--We were desperate to get out-- but no profiteering for them, and we will be getting our windows washed etc as soon weather permits. 1000⭐️

Customer service is outstanding for starters. (We had to change our dates more than once and appreciate how accommodating everyone was.) Then the work done on our house, both power washing and window washing-interior and exterior, was excellent. Add to the quality of work how friendly and helpful everyone was and we'll definitely be repeat customers.

We had a great experience with Spotless cleaning our windows inside and out. Jessica and Pedro worked very hard cleaning both the inside and outside windows l. There were some which we thought that they may not be able to reach on the inside, mostly due to large plants, it they worked around it and were able to clean those as well. They were both very professional and pleasant. The company was easy to work with while setting up an appointment for an estimate and being here to clean on time. Several of my friends recommended them and now I will, too!

They did a great job! I just moved into a new house that still needed to be cleaned from the previous owners. They cleaned for 2 hours and even in that short amount of time the place looks so much better, definitely recommend!
