My windows look great. Zo and Armando did a excellent job. They used shoe covers - loved that. They were careful and wiped excess water off at the base of each window. They were friendly and kind. Thanks again.

Spotless Window Cleaning soft-washed a very old home outside of Richmond along with a detailed window cleaning. Given the age of the house, this was not an easy job. Romulo, Eddy and Marcio were on-time, professional and thorough. I highly recommend Spotless Window Cleaning services to anyone.

Great job cleaning the ice from my parking space. It was unbelievably hard work in arctic freezing weather. The crew showed up on time. The cost is reasonable based on the difficulty of the work. Plus, they were just nice folks. If they help you out, please offer them some hot chocolate at the end. This is a great service since it is not snow removal, but thick ice removal, which is much more difficult. Neighbors on my street that have tried to do this themselves have ended up with broken shovels and the ice not removed.

My windows are sparkling! When Spotless says premium service they mean it. Jose Luis and Miguel did a wonderful job inside and out. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Omar Rafael came this time—and the services of their delux window cleaning and gutter cleaning were “spot on!” My house looks exceptional with everything done to it—it doesn’t even look like there is glass in my windows they are so clean!!!! Zoe and Don did a great job on all of the windows but we had one problem window. Omar and Kevin came to our house within a week and took care of that window and the window now looks beautiful.

Tony and Jose worked NONSTOP FROM 9:05 am -1:40pm today. They completed our entire house inside and outside including out skylight leaving us with literally spotless windows and doors.
Both gentlemen were very polite, pleasant and professional.
They arrived on time and even when faced with an initial challenge, they took it all in stride and continued to finish up their work with everything looking great!
Spotless Windows will definitely be on our house maintenance list for a repeat performance. Ask for Tony and Jose, these two made a terrific team.
Also Austin did a great job coming out for the estimate to get things started.

We had our house power washed on Friday, November 7, 2025 and the windows washed on Monday, November 10, 2025 by spotless Window Cleaning and SoftWash. Excellent job on both! I don't remember the person who came to powerwash but kudos to him. The window washing was done by Omar and Miguel. Both were very professional and my windows are ready to show off my Holiday decorations. Will be using again in the future and I don't ever have to wash outside windows ever again!!

I’m really pleased with the results Demarco was able to achieve. He was very thorough and removed more dirt and debris than I thought possible. I’ll definitely be using Spotless again down the road.

A lot of my gutters were completely clogged and now are in much better shape after vacuuming and rinsing.

Omar, Pedro, and Rafael cleaned my grandmother’s windows. They are a very nice set of gentlemen. They kept checking on us to see if we were satisfied with their work, and if not, they worked harder on cleaning our windows. They also did some cleaning around the windows, such as her leaves and some cobwebs. I saw them wiping down any area they left anything on as well. It is a good price for great quality of work compared to other companies.

Deshaun and Kevin were great. The company called when on the way, the men arrived on time and worked efficiently. Windows look clean and they asked us to inspect at the end. We are very pleased with their work. We were a little concerned because the temperature was below freezing. They were undeterred and said it's not a problem and it wasn't!
