Cottage Care crews have been cleaning our home since 2022. We have been very satisfied with their reliability, thoroughness, communication, and scheduling flexibility. In particular, Wendy has been assigned to us regularly. She is always on time and completes her work efficiently and well. She is very personable and pleasant to work with. It is always a pleasure to come home to a clean house after Wendy has been here.

I absolutely love this company! Lisa does an amazing job. My house always looks clean and smells good after she leaves. If you are a pet owner this is the company to use! Just let them know the situation and they do their VERY BEST to accommodate everyone including your furry baby family members. I am very please with everything Lisa has done. She is honest and very professional. Camille has great personality and skills to help squeeze you in the schedule and she understands the hectic life needs for a good house cleaning. She does a great job pairing the right person to the right home/client. A great example of team work and awesome company.

CottageCare has been consistently thorough, professional, reliable, and thoughtful. They have been my cleaners for years, and I am pleased with the quality of their work. They are careful of pets and special requests.

Jackie and Ani did an amazing job with a deep clean of our house! This was our first time ever hiring a cleaning service, and we were very impressed. Jackie and Ani mopped all our hardwood floors on the first floor, wiped down countertops and tables, dusted shelves, vacuumed our carpets on the second floor, and cleaned 2 1/2 bathrooms. Our house has never been so clean :) Cottage Care was very professional to work with and we would absolutely hire them again.

Updated review (2/24/25): My family has been using CottageCare for monthly cleanings since 2017. They have great communication regarding cleanings. You are texted a reminder the Friday before and the day before your cleaning. The manager, Camellia, is always very friendly and wants any feedback regarding the cleanings. The cleanings are very thorough. It is so nice to come home to a clean house! I think the sparkling clean floors are my favorite thing about the cleanings. I trust their employees to be in our home when we are not at home. I would definitely recommend CottageCare if you are looking for a reliable cleaning service.

Updated review (8/3/23): We have been using CottageCare for monthly cleanings since 2017. Today two CottageCare employees did a wonderful job cleaning our home! They got our white porcelain kitchen sink sparkling and like new again. The manager even stopped by to do an inspection on how the employees were cleaning. I have been pleased with each cleaner CottageCare has sent to clean our home. The local office continues to do a great job communicating with me about upcoming cleanings (I get reminder texts the Friday before and the day before.) and always asking for any feedback on the cleanings. I continue to highly recommend them for house cleaning.

Updated review (8/4/22): I continue to recommend CottageCare for house cleaning. I have been using them since the fall of 2017. Today Meghan did a great job cleaning our home. She was punctual and friendly. Our home looks so clean. I especially love coming home to sparkling hardwood floors! I have been pleased with each cleaner CottageCare has sent to clean our home. The local office continues to do a great job communicating with me about upcoming cleanings and always asking for feedback.

Original review: My family has used CottageCare for monthly cleanings since November 2017. A neighbor first recommended them to us, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning. I have found the local office administration to be very friendly and helpful. We receive a text both the Friday before our cleaning and the day before our cleaning as reminders. The office is always asking for feedback on the cleanings. If by chance we are unable to keep our monthly cleaning appointment, they work with us to find a new convenient appointment day. I have found the cleanings to be very thorough. There is something about walking into a clean house, especially seeing the gleaming hardwood floors that lifts your spirits. I feel that I can trust the cleaners in my home when we are not there. When I have been at home while a cleaner or cleaners are there, everyone has been very friendly and hard working. If you are looking for a cleaning service, I would definitely give them a call.

I have been a customer of Cottage Care since about 1998. I have stayed a client of Cottage Care because they do quality work, are very careful, and have a strong work ethic. My current cleaner is Shay. She is pleasant and skilled, always eager for feedback and wants to know what I think needs special attention. The photograph is of our bathroom and you can see it is sparkling. Now Cottage Care isn’t perfect - no one is - but on the extremely rare occasions when there is a problem with the cleaning, the manager always makes it right. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

From cleaning to scheduling, the team at Cottage Care provide a caring, professional service. They take pride in their work, and it shows. Our house really does sparkle after their visit! Thank you Stephaine, Jackie, Camellia, and the whole team for going the extra effort!

A team from CottageCare did a move-related cleaning which was complicated because the original timeline/schedule for the move was severely impacted due to significant health issues. Despite having to work around a number of personal items that were still present and literally being carried out of the space while they were working, they did an AMAZING job! I dont know that I can say enough good things about this team, but I want them to know that their work made a HUGE difference. I am truly grateful for their time, their effort and their compassion.

I truly cannot speak highly enough about Camellia and her team. Not only was she incredibly patient and kind as I was navigating a move during an illness, her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless. I would not hesitate to hire them again!
