New Image Cleaning has taken excellent care of both my home and office for years. For my home, I usually have someone come in to do quarterly, seasonal cleaning. This fall, New Images sent Dree who did a fantastic, thorough job in only a few hours. Quick, efficient, and also thoughtful and kind.

Dree told me that New Images provides better training than most cleaning services and this showed. Thank you to Dree and to New Images!

Danielle always does an excellent, thorough job with my bi-weekly cleanings. The prices are reasonable and the company is very flexible in rescheduling as needed. Everyone I have interacted with, from the main office staff to the multiple cleaners I’ve met, has been kind. I have been a customer for three years and am very satisfied.

Katelyn does a great job every time she is here! She even takes the time to clean out the cat litter area deeply (which to a pet owner is a big deal). Thank you!

I contacted New Image after an Internet search and found they work with the Cleaning for a Reason organization which provides two, complimentary cleaning services for cancer patients (which I currently am).They sent us Frances, who is an absolute angel! She listened to my concerns and took care of exactly what I needed! My bathroom has never looked better! The owner contacted me immediately after the first service to get my feedback, which was 100% positive We will be continuing our relationship with New Image even after the complimentary services. We were completely blown away by the service provided by Maggie and Francis during our deep clean today. From the moment they arrived they were professional, perfectly on time, courteous, and kind.

Awesome work I can't express how lucky I was to find a dependable group to take care of all our needs from new construction cleans to daily upkeep. And the quick response to questions or scheduling they take care of it all.

My daughter asked to take a shower upstairs. I tried to turn on the shower in one bathroom and it's not working. Barely any water is coming out of it… One stream of water. So I took her to another bathroom and water spraying out of the top of the showerhead. These bathrooms are almost never used, although they get cleaned. I've already replaced the shower head in a third bathroom after it was broken when the cleaning ladies came, probably 9 months ago when my brother was staying here. I never said anything, but it was fine then completely cracked after the bathroom was cleaned. This is in the same bathroom as the faucet that was also broken (and still is). I don't understand what they're doing but too many things are getting broken. I tried to go pick up my painting that got knocked off the wall on Saturday to see if they had finally repaired it and the shop was closed. But I also have to fix the molding to the stairs somehow. A chunk of wood was taken out of the trim when the painting was knocked off the wall.
I'm getting really frustrated. Except for the painting, which they couldn't hide, they seem to be breaking things yet not telling anyon

I Always enjoy seeing the ladies arrive! I know I am going to get a whole house refresher! If I need something special the office staff is super accommodating and somehow makes it happen!

The team works hard and consistently does an amazing job. So thankful for their help. They are always on time and super friendly. I could not ask for a better experience!!
