This was the first time we had team 4, they were absolutely amazing. We are so impressed with their work, we would like to change teams permanently. I would also like to let you know, we will be moving to Colonial Heights this summer and hope they will be able to provide cleaning services there.

I’ve used them for more than a decade & they are fabulous! Several of my family members use them as well. I recommend them to friends & neighbors & never heard a complaint. They take pride in their work & are professional & friendly. I always know when they have been there because it smells great & floors shine! Aline has been helping me for about a year & she’s amazing! So kind & efficient. I’ve had other teams that were just as fabulous! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!! Thank you!

I really like this cleaning service. The owner, office staff and cleaning crews are wonderful. I have crew #6. I feel like they are more friends than just a service who cleans my house. Any changes of what needs to be done or not done is always accepted cheerfully and done. On the very rare occasion that something isn’t right, I call, and it is taken care of quickly.

Initially Dominion Cleaning has amazing services. I love the fact that they were consistent and the same Team continued to come to my home. It was nice knowing that I could count on that team. However over the past few months, the scheduling has gotten worse. They would send out a different team without prior communication and disregarded explicit instruction. We would often not be home and upon returning would be people we did not recognize. We explicitly told them, if a specific person was not a part of the team they were sending. Do not send them to my home. Cancel my service for the week. They have continued to do this. We are evaluating our services moving forward. Then they are not even willing to compensate or discount any services for their continuous mistakes.

Absolutely love their cleaning services. Consistently on time and consistent across the board. Team 2 & Team 6 are my faves. If I can’t have them I don’t want anyone else!!!

My boyfriend and I were so excited to use Dominion Cleaning for our first house cleaning in our new home. I requested a deep cleaning service that was priced at $290. Once I booked my appointment, I was sent an email that said it was booked for a maintenance clean, so I kindly called to ensure they had the right service booked for me. Since I had never had a cleaning service done, I was nervous and prepared to have a conversation with them once they arrived on what they would be doing/how the process worked. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two very sweet ladies, but they couldn't understand English and I was not able to have any communication with them, as the translator app they were using was not working for them either. I trusted that they knew what to do through the booking, but once they were finished it did not appear they did any more than a simple maintenance clean. When trying to pay, there were additional communication issues and a supervisor was called to help with this. When I was told the price, I asked to confirm if this was a deep cleaning that was done and she said yes. Once I gave the ladies the money, the woman on the phone made an insinuation that I should tip more, so I ended up giving her $350 because I did not have change. Once they left, we noticed that the fans were not cleaned, the top of the fridge was not cleaned, and there was still dirt throughout our floors. When calling to try to make this better, they were not very apologetic or helpful. After weeks of trying to mitigate this issue, we haven't been able to get a response and are now out at least $250 for the work not completed. Extremely disappointed and upset.

The 1st service I called, very broken English. When I spoke with Joanna at Dominion I expressed my concern about broken English. Said "I understand " yet sent 2 women that spoke Spanish only. I had to communicate with them using a translation app. REALLY???? I called to complain about it but never returned my call. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!!

I have been using them for about 2 years. They do an amazing job for deep cleaning. Sometimes they arrive later than their scheduled time window.

We did a one-time deep clean. They did an amazing job! We have two dogs, and after they were done, you couldn’t tell.

Team 5 did an amazing job. They leave my space spotless and they bring beautiful energy into my space and they finish in such short time. I am thankful to have them help me keep my space clean, beautiful and welcoming. AMAZING JOB EACH TIME!!!

The ladies were prompt and pleasant. 2 kitchen appliances were not cleaned that were right on the kitchen counter! My air fryer and panini grill. I also noticed my pillow cases weren’t changed. The clean pillow cases were left still folded on my bed.

The team was very good to work worth! They accommodated my requests and followed up after job completed. I would definitely use them again! Before and after pictures attached.

I work from home and have an art studio which they are always careful to keep clean while not misplacing any of the tools or the work I do. First of all, Dominion was an easy and pleasurable company to work with. Although this was our first time using them, it won’t be the last. The floor is spotless along with the doors, electrical panels, and the storefront glass. Would highly recommend. If you don’t choose Dominion then you’ve chosen wrong. I just did my first deep cleaning with Dominion Cleaning Services (DCS) and they did a great job! I appreciated very much their style of communication, as it was super responsive and they were able to come out that same week of hiring. They followed up a couple of times leading up to the service date to confirm the appointment and also the morning of to notify that they were on the way. The prices are fair for the quality and timeliness of the work. I worked with Gabi and Junia and they arrived promptly, were friendly, immediately got to work and were able to complete a thorough deep clean for a 3bd, 2.5ba, 2 level townhouse in 3 hrs. I am very satisfied with how this company conducts their business and I'm in the process of setting up recurring services with them. Highly recommend. 👌
