Our first experience with The Maid Crew was wonderful! They cleaned the entirety of our home better than I typically do so it was definitely worth the cost! It was obvious that they'd touched every surface and moved things to fully vaccuum the floors. Our ceiling fans were cleaned and even the dust under our armchairs! We will be doing a biweekly service to maintain the house. I was also pleased to receive a prompt text message (first thing in the AM) to alert me that my service window was changing slightly due to unforseen circumstances. In the end, they were only 15 minutes outside of when I originally expected them but it was nice knowing that they valued my time as well. So far everyone that I've spoken with has been polite and helpful. I have no reason to believe that this level of service will change and expect future cleanings to be just as great!

We've been using Maid Crew for almost two years now and they have been such a huge help! We have a giant dog who sheds and are often so busy with work that having their help has made a big difference in our home to help us keep up. Ayeisha and Diana are my favorites - they do an excellent job, but are also really fun to talk to and I love when they come over. Thank you so much for the awesome service over the years!

The Maid Crew was great from the beginning about communication and via text which is my preferred method of communication. They let me know the day before what time to expect them and then called the day of when they were running ahead of schedule.
The three ladies were polite and overall did a great job cleaning our house. They were finished way faster and did not waste any time which saved us money for our initial clean. Additionally, the company contacted me for a review immediately and they have an offer to come back and reclean for free if there is something you are unhappy about.
There were a few things I felt could have been given a little more attention but I also openly admit to the fact that I am very detail oriented and have extremely high standards. Overall, I’m looking forward to the next cleaning and continued relationship with the Maid Crew.

The Maid Crew has been a huge help to my husband and I! Not only do they help keep the house impeccably clean, but it helps prevent household arguments about cleaning work. I am very satisfied with the services of The Maid Crew. They company is in regular contact with me regarding scheduling, satisfaction, etc. All concerns are handled effectively and efficiently. The ladies that clean our home are very good at what they do (and I can be a picky customer!). "Pet peeves" are requested and the ladies make sure that these areas are completed to expectation. It is wonderful to come home from work to a beautifully cleaned home! I would absolutely recommend The Maid Crew to others.

We've tried four different cleaning companies, and after the Maid Crew's visit, we were the most pleased!! I loved that they called on their way over and were punctual. They asked what areas were most important to me -- which I've never been asked before. My floors and bathrooms were left sparkling! Jessica and Bernadette did a great job! They were blessings to this busy momma.

I am surprised by all the positive reviews and wonder why I did not receive the same service. I chose Maid Crew because of the google reviews but was completely disappointed. My husband and I just closed on a home and wanted the Maid Crew to clean before move in. It is important to note that there was -nothing in the home- as we had not moved yet. We just wanted a thorough clean after the previous owners had left. However, the Maid Crew did a terrible job.

When we came home, we realized there was dog hair all over the floor that sticks to our socks (we don't even have pets!), the window sills and fireplaces were filled with dust and grime, they did not wipe the kitchen down at all as the counters were covered in dust, the windows were not cleaned, the tub was left with dirt inside, all the crown molding in the home had smudges and prints on it... It was to the point where my husband and I couldn't even figure out what they even did!

I wrote a terrible review and the Maid Crew did contact us to come out again to "reclean". However, it looked exactly the same as before! I am so very disappointed and don't know why we did not receive the same service as all the reviews. I will note that the staff seemed very nice at least.

I used The Maid Crew for the first time yesterday. I was looking for a maid service who can deep clean my home on a regular basis. The Maid Crew did a great job. The team was very thorough and professional. I was very pleased with the service and I look forward to having them do my future cleanings.

The Maid Crew did a very thorough job for a far more affordable price than most places I have used in the past. I was not able to be there to meet the team for the first time they came to my house, but they seemed to treat my house with great care and respect and I was very happy when I came home! I also loved the text messaging service - they were running late and texted me right away to let me know there was a slight hold up and clarified what time they would be there. It's very comforting to have someone I can trust come into my home - I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We have been using The Maid Crew for about 6 months and are very happy with the service. Our house always looks, smells, and feels so clean after they have come. We regularly have Milagros, Ayeisha, and Darlin, and they work really hard to make sure our house is spotless. Highly recommend!

I have used maid Crew for over 4 years now and I’m always pleased with their cleaning. I’ve switched from weekly to biweekly to monthly back to weekly after an accident, then back to biweekly. They have always been able to accommodate my schedule. I live in Chesterfield.

The service I received from The Maid Crew was absolutely excellent! They managed to get me an appointment the day after my request; and stayed in constant contact with me through the entire process both via text and email. The ladies who performed the service did an excellent job (in half the time) and were super sweet and professional! I would definitely recommend and use The Maid Crew for all future cleaning needs!!

We have been using The Maid Crew for over a year now and have been very happy with their service. They are easy to work with regarding scheduling and the crews we have are always friendly and thorough. I work from home, so I am here and on conference calls most of the time they are here and they are always very aware of that. Ayeisha and Darlin were here this past week and did a great job, but frankly we've been pleased with all of the teams that have been to our house.

The Maid Crew was timely and very friendly. They focused on all of the problem areas we identified and did a great job. Nothing better than walking into a clean apartment, and it smelled so fresh! I hadn't seen our bathroom that spotless since we moved in. We will definitely be using again.

The Maid Crew have helped me out several times over the years. On each occasion either for moving into or out of a house . Last week they came to do a seasonal clean for me. I was delighted to come home and find everything so beautifully clean, and 5 days later it still looks great.

I have stainless steel doors on my fridge which get covered in finger marks , and those doors are sparkling. My hardwood floors look great, and my kitchen and bathrooms are also looking great.

The cleaning crew are always kind and courteous , and many of them have been with the company a good long time, so they even remember my dog from years ago, and she loves them.

I recommended the Maid Crew to my mother a couple of years ago , and she is equally thrilled with them and looks forward to every visit. Call them , you won't regret it.

We have been a customer of The Maid Crew for over 3 years. They do a wonderful job and we love coming home to our clean home every other Friday. Here are a few reasons we love this company!
1. Very low turn over with their staff. We have had the same 2 crew members come for almost every single cleaning.
2. They change bed linens and make all beds. I have found most companies charge an extra fee for each bed. The Maid Crew doesn't charge extra and they make arrange stuffed animals in different places in the kids room which makes it fun for the kids. This is a huge plus with 7 kids as you can imagine.
3. Customer Service. The office staff are so attentive to the needs of their customers. They always listen and are quick to find a solution to any issue good or bad.
4. Small local company which is always a plus for us.

The Maid Crew is the best ever company. Their work is excellent n they even don’t mind pets (they love my 2 doggies). They are kind and the employees really care about doing n providing the best service ever!! They showed much compassion when my Dad was very very sick (he’s now passed away) and they had to clean around him when he was in bed. I’ve come to love the workers. Highly Highly recommend this company!!!
