We’ve enjoyed using the Maid Crew for monthly cleanings. They serviced our last house and our new house both in eatery Henrico and have always done a great job. They did a great job after we renovated our current house to get it perfect for move in. Love the platform to schedule services and text reminders/communication.

I'm very happy with the Maid Crew. All of the cleanings of my house have been thorough. I always get a text letting me know when they are on the way. Everyone has been polite and friendly, and of course the best part is having a clean house. I highly recommend the Maid Crew. I have a regularly scheduled monthly cleaning at my house in Richmond, VA, and if I ever need to make changes they've been very flexible and accommodating.

I live in Glen Allen and tried several cleaning services before I found The Maid Crew. They do the best work around. The attention to small things like cleaning the inside of my trash cans and bathroom baseboards is amazing. It looked as though the baseboards had been painted they were so clean. Also, I don’t know what they use to clean my stove, but it always looks like new after they’ve been here. Who wouldn’t want to jump into this bed at the end of the day. They don’t just clean around things, they move and clean under them. They lined up my shower products by size. Awesome work. The Maid Crew is the company to beat.

The Maid Crew is reliable, communicative, and affordable. Lexi and Savanna's teams are especially great, but you truly can't go wrong with anyone in the Crew. My house is always sparkling after the monthly cleanings.

We've been hiring the Maid Crew to clean up our townhouse in Richmond, VA once a month for over a year now. We've never had complaints about the quality of their work, they're very expedient and the customer service is reliable and accessible via phone or text which we love. We're easily able to reschedule if need be and they're very flexible in being able to meet our schedules.

After a weekend away, I was able to hire the maid crew to come into my home in Manakin Sabot, VA to do a standard clean so that I didn’t have to. The windows and bathrooms were sparkling. The floors were immaculate.

I just got my house cleaned for the first time by the maid crew and I am very disappointed. I wanted a fresh clean before family got here for the holidays and nothing looks like it was cleaned. The bathrooms and the floors don’t even looked touched. I’m including photos.

Completely satisfied with the Richmond Maid Crew for the past year. Every month I’m notified of their appointment, followed by text messages that they are five minutes away, and again when they are at door. They are soldiers on the job, no supervision needed unless I have a special request, such as help installing a BedJet on my bed. The apartment is sparkling every time they leave. High marks for the Maid Crew.

The Maid Crew of Richmond (VA) is responsive and provides good customer service. They are prompt in answering emails and schedule changes to regular, recurring cleanings. The crews are friendly, prompt, great around pets and of course, good cleaning. I recommend them!

We've been using the Maid Crew services for bi-monthly maid services for a couple of years now for our Northside (Bellevue) home in RVA. The cleaning teams are always friendly and responsible. We have really enjoyed coming home to a nice clean house twice a month! They always make everything sparkly clean (see tub pic!) Communication is easy with the phone app and texting. The admin office is responsive and flexible when you need to make a change to your schedule. Would highly recommend!

We have been using Maid Crew for years and they are the best! We hired them most recently for a deep clean of our home in Richmond VA. The team was so detailed and left the place sparkling. In addition to leaving the house spotless, they are always accommodating to our schedule, eager to hear ways they can customize service, and very friendly. (even my shower mitt was saying hi to me when I got home this time lol - see picture). But seriously - I *thought* my shower was clean until I saw how it looked post-cleaning. Very happy with this service, as usual.

We've hired The Maid Crew for a seasonal deep cleaning of our home in Henrico VA several times now and will continue to use them twice a year indefinitely. We have a house full of dogs as well as a cat and The Maid Crew is able to get our house vacuumed, mopped, dusted, and completely free of all that shedded pet hair! They communicate well, show up on time, and do fantastic work.

We've worked with the Maid Crew in Richmond, VA for recurring house cleaning now for a few months, and they've done an excellent job. They're quick and efficient and considerate of our pets, and the back office does a great job responding quickly to questions. My daughter loves that they arrange all of her stuffed animals on her bed when they clean. It’s a very sweet touch.

The Maid Crew is fantastic! I live in Henrico, Va and I have used other cleaning services and The Maid Crew is by far superior. I have general cleaning bi-monthly for at least 5 years. The great customer service begins with your initial telephone call and never ends. They listen to your specific cleaning needs and have those notes for the crew (I am obsessed with clean kitchen floors and spotless bathrooms). I have never been disappointed. The one time I did have a small concern I called and it was resolved beyond what I had expected. Yesterday I forgot to put the clean linens out (which is all I have to do) and the team leader called me to ask about it. WOW! They are efficient with their cleaning methods and everything is done well. The company sends you a reminder text and email a couple of days before each cleaning. Then the day before the cleaning they send a text giving you the time your team will arrive. I have used The Maid Crew for about a year and the crew is always on time. The cost is lower than any other agency I have used. I don't know why anyone wouldn't use The Maid Crew for their house cleaning needs.

Our experience with The Maid Crew has been fantastic! We've used them for the last year to provide us with biweekly cleaning services for our home in Richmond, VA. The ladies that come out do a great job, they leave our home sparkling clean and we are so grateful for the care and attention they take with our home. I have used Maid’s Crew service for almost a year for monthly maintenance cleaning and they have always done a great job! I recently needed a move-out cleaning for my apartment in Chesterfield VA. The Maid Crew's came on time and was very professional. My apartment looks better than it did when I moved in They did a great job. I will definitely be using their services at my new place.

Had a professional cleaning for the first time today with the maid crew and I absolutely loved it! My team was so incredibly thorough ! They took the time to make even my toilet paper look nice, cleaned my cat tower, cleaned little hard to reach areas I wouldn’t have even thought to reach. Super satisfied! I had Savanna’s team and I absolutely loved it! Will definitely be a monthly client now!

Selena is wonderful!! Did a deep cleaning of our home and she went a step further by cleaning inside of ever single window. Impressive!!!

I have been on the receiving end of MaidPro for several months now. I could not be happier. Charlene comes every two weeks and truly by the time she leaves the house feels like s completely different place. Her focus on details, quality - in light of we have two labs and a cat - is amazing.
