Anthony and Allyson did a fantastic job with our one time deep clean! They were kind and thorough, and obviously took great care in their work. Everything was spotless when they left our home.

We were thrilled with the attention to detail and the politeness of Bradley! We’ve used other cleaning services before and it seemed like they wanted to get done as quickly as possible. Our Maidpro team treated our house like their own house and took special care around delicate items so they wouldn’t break. Our house is sparkling now and I can’t wait for our next clean!

I've been using MaidPro for over 2 years and am very pleased with their level of service. They have a good process of tracking what is most important to their clients. The manager Colby is very attentive and pleasant to work with. I can always reach him when I call, and in the rare cases when he's unavailable, he calls me right back.

MaidPro was very good and they follow every instruction that was discussed at my initial visit . The staff from the supervisor Maynard and Colby to the one that cleaned the home was very friendly courteous and listened to my concerns . Very pleased with the service!

Long overdue review from me. MaidPro does a great job of regularly cleaning my place. I have them come monthly, they are easy to work with, they work around my schedule and Colby who I interact with is always great to work with. Very accommodating, quick to address the few issues I have had. I will note that I am leaving this review because my last cleaner Sydney did an excellent job and I would like her to get credit for that.

I am really enjoying the MaidPro service. My cleaners Casey and Asia were very attentive, prompt and efficient with their time. When I walk around my house after MaidPro visits, I just feel so happy.

I have a first time request for whole house regular cleaning on May 20. The only thing I ask for is mainly take care of the cat hair around the house and paid attention when cleaning the litter box area so it don’t leave litter smell in the other rooms. It’s my work day so I can be home to make sure everything go according to plan. I put my trust in them and what I have in return is a blue stain on my carpet and one of the bathroom floor is flooded with water. When I ask for a solution the only thing they say is denning and they don’t know anything. 300 dollars service turn into a disaster to me.

I hired Maidpro Richmond- Henrico to clean our apartment to prepare for our moving out. Anthony did a great job at having clear communication, professionalism, and was able to walk me through the whole process as this was my first clean with MaidPro! He was also training Asia and Iris and they did a great job at being attentive and learning on the go! Great job, would love to have them back for my next clean!

Is there anything better than a clean home? We have MaidPro come monthly to help with all those rooms & details that we just can't seem to get to, and I am impressed each and every time. The cleaners are always polite and have a great attention to detail. If they have a little bit of additional time, they will help with any problem areas beyond the checklist, and I find that to be such a valuable addition to their services! I would highly recommend Maidpro for your home cleaning. I especially loved both Anthony and Shadae. They both did a phenomenal job. And Anthony took on a challenge and got our master shower looking so super clean that I was very highly impressed. I will be sure to be calling back in the future for more cleanings.
