We are fairly new customers, but MaidPro has done a great job cleaning our home for the past few months. They communicate before and after the clean, show up on time, and leave our home clean and smelling fresh. No issues, no complaints, and highly recommended.

I am so impressed with MaidPro. Rem and Jeff and everyone has been extremely professional, as well as being personable -- a rare combination. The management staff are excellent at communicating with you regarding your service -- from first quote to subsequent visits, rescheduling, etc. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. They are hard workers and are thorough at the same time -- again, an unusual combination.

I can't say enough nice things about this company. I am super impressed by everyone ... and, I love my nice clean home! Thanks again MaidPro!

We’ve had Deep Clean with Stove and Refrigerator and Standard clean of common areas and bathroom

Price is good in my opinion. It is worth the price, they clean the entire home in under 3 hours. Everything’s nice and clean. They don’t skimp on the deep clean at all. If I could afford the stove and refrigerator full clean each week with standard clean I would.

Standard clean is good. I have no complaints. They have a 49 point checklist they review and sign off on for standard clean.

I am in the process of moving and engaged MaidPro to help with cleaning my house after my move out. When Jamelle and Dawn showed up the first day, I was way behind with clearing out my stuff but they showed great flexibility and quickly rearranged to come out the next day for a minor cost to cover their travel. The next day they came out and we’re fast and efficient with their cleaning and left the house in great shape. I would definitely recommend this team!

Have been using MaidPro for quite a while and I'm always so happy with the results. Jeff and Colby are great to work with and I won the jackpot with Rachel! She is so detailed oriented and more meticulous than I would be myself! I work long hours and coming home after MaidPro has been at my house is always the best! Best decision for a working Mom I could make!

Update:I have been using Maidpro for almost a year. Blair has been great and does a wonderful job cleaning. She loves my dog and doesn't matter that she gets in the way sometimes.

My First visit from Maid pro was ok and they had to come back to touch up a few items but it was done quickly and without question. It was a great experience and I decided to keep on using them.

I hired MaidPro to clean the apartment of two individuals on the autism spectrum whose apartment was, frankly, filthy. They did an absolutely awesome job - so much more thorough than I expected - and William was particularly good!!! Thank you

We've been using Maid Pro since the start of the year, and we're very pleased with their service and quality. In particular our current maid, Karen, is fantastic. She's always on time, does a very thorough job, wears her mask properly, and is very nice. As a bonus, she made our bed a different way when she first started (changed the blankets, through pillows, side rugs, etc...), and we liked it so much that we've stuck with it every since. Maid Pro is worth the expense and Karen does a great job!

Great service for such a great price! Danielle is professional and thorough and so sweet and nice! I’m always alerted when she’s in route to my house so I have time to put the dogs away. Could not be happier with this service!

My husband and I have been happy MaidPro clients for over three years now. When we recently moved from Indiana to Richmond we were thrilled to see that MaidPro had a Richmond location. We continue to be thrilled that the level of service we grew to expect from MaidPro is the same here in Richmond. Jeff, Rem and the team are great about providing clients with direct information and feedback. Their team of professional cleaners are respectful and great at their job. I work from home and our MaidPro professional is always respectful of the fact that I'm on the phone a lot. Our home looks great and we love that if we have to give any constructive feedback, the online system makes it easy. MaidPro is great and we'd recommend them without hesitation!

I've been using MaidPro for the past three months to clean my condo. They are reasonably priced, and the manager, Colby, is great to work with. Sidney does a great job of cleaning and is very friendly. She always asks if I need anything else done, and when she saw me trying to put down a bulky computer floor mat, she pitched in to help.

Today was my first experience with MaidPro services and I am so impressed. LaLonda did an amazing job. She by far exceeded my expectations, and I’ve worked with many cleaning services in the past. She reached areas I couldn’t reach and literally cleaned every nook and crevice. I would give LaLonda more than 5 stars if it was possible!!

Tiffany, Carlton, and Anthony were absolutely wonderful! They were all professional, friendly, and polite. They were right on time and worked incredibly efficiently, leaving the house spotless (my oven literally looks new!). They were very communicative and clearly held their work to very high standards. Anthony, Kim, Lalonda did the BEST job cleaning my townhome! I am so happy I chose MaidPro. I hope to reschedule another service soon. My place was cleaned top to bottom and it looks magnificent!

I got service last week for my travel trailer. The cleaner just spent around 2 hours but even not did dust cleaning properly as I was expecting deep cleaning. They charged me $150 but not worthed even $50. I and my wife redid all the cleaning again. I don’t recommend this company who really want a proper cleaning.

I've been grateful to MaidPro for several years now for a few simple reasons: 1. They've honored my wish to have a consistent lead assigned to my space. For the past couple of years LaLonda has been a God-send. She is efficient, kind and relatable. 2. Colby communicates with me effectively via text 3. Their prices are within market range. 4. They'll use my preferred products (which I supply).
It is absolutely worth the $ to reduce your stress levels with MaidPro, especially heading into the holidays!
