I used her for a deep clean in my new home , and wow they a did as her company says top to bottom, this old home need it badly ,and now I can move in and know my house is cleaned and there's no germs or old smell to it from past homeowners. Rebecca is thorough! I so appreciate her attention to detail consistently across multiple (at least 3) cleanings so far. Have tried multiple other cleaners and she is my favorite. Rebecca is a straight shooter and receptive to feedback. Always pleasant.

These women are simply amazing! I contacted another maid service who no called/no showed when it was an emergency deep clean. So I contacted Rebecca and she went out of her way to come the next day. They spent 8 HOURS non stop deep cleaning my house and my mom's cottage on my property until 11pm at night. They did such an amazing job i don't think my house has ever been this clean in the 7 years I've lived here. And on top of that they only charged me a fraction of what they should have. 10/10 would absolutely recommend Rebecca's top to bottom cleaning service 👍

This company was contracted by the property management (Landmark Property) to clean my carpet. The work was ok but there were many stains left in the carpet in addition to them spilling dirty carpet water all over my cloth bar stool then denying it and leaving the situation unresolved. Never again. Not even sure this is a legit company. With Landmark property you’ll never get your moneys worth living on their property.

Called Diamond Enterprises - Carpet Cleaning. They showed up when they said they would (actually early). They did a fabulous job! They charged what they quoted! Very professional - Highly Recommended!

I've been using diamond carpet cleaning for years now. In my opinion there the best carpet cleaning service in the Richmond area. There work always exceeds my expectations.

Holy. Cow. I wish I had before pictures to show just how amazing they were. Our daughter and spilled all sorts of stuff on her carpet - we thought for sure we’d have to replace it. Roman and his son got ALL of the stains out - it looks brand new!! I cannot say enough good things about them. My only regret is that we didn’t find them sooner. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My daughter has a very light colored carpet and Joe Steamer always does a magnificent job.She thought her carpet was ruined because of a large fruit punch stain.Joe Steamer got the stain out and the carpet looked great.They are always on time and professional.

He’s been to clean my carpets multiple times because of all my messy kids and he’s always quick, professional, and does an excellent job job. Will always call him as long as he’s in business.

I called on a Wednesday for a short-notice appointment to close out a lease. They were able to fit me in Friday morning which worked perfectly. They charge per room. I had two oversized rooms (combined dining/living, and a large master br with walk-in) and two undersized ones, so he just charged for four rooms because the sizes averaged out, and didn't charge for the short hallway.
It's cash or check only for payment (in my haste to book I forgot to ask). I also chise to add the extra for the fresh scent because of pet odor.
When he arrived, Joe showed me videos and photos of their work for other clients, business and residential. What they did for me matched that. Joe and Dale do great work. It looked and smelled wonderful.

Called a larger professional cleaning firm to remove stains from two upstairs room carpets. They couldn’t get them out. Joe came and was able to lift them out IMMEDIATELY. The professionalism and skill was amazing. Will use his services again!

Merry Maids are great! We use them at our business, they started coming once a week this year. Grace came, she was AMAZING. She cleaned up all our bathrooms, kitchen, and common spaces. We are SO busy during the summer and don't have time, so Grace and Merry Maids make it easy.

Didn't service my area, so what good is their advertisement.
