I suffer from anxiety & depression and then had an injury on top of it all & these ladies brought light into my favorite place in the world (my home!) I am beyond happy & am now set up with them every 3-4 weeks for a cheaper price next time! Awesome deal. I honestly thought my apartment was beyond repair & it was so dirty becaus it’s just old plus we live in the city but I’m not even joking I feel like I’ve moved into a new apartment. They are so very appreciated I literally wanted to cry I was so happy. It definitely has improved my mental health & well being just being able to enjoy my home for once. Thank you ladies sooooooo much 💘 please pay these ladies & tip them!!!!!!

The team from CottageCare Richmond did a great job of cleaning my home. They were efficient and thorough. They welcomed my pets and covered their excited mistakes. All the spaces, I can no longer teach were clean.

I have them over once a month currently and everyone who has come in so far has done a great job! Xiomara and Jackie came in the last two times and they did great work. Camellia at the office is also very easy to work with on schedules and requests. No complaints so far.

Ani did a fantastic job, as always. She's very polite, thorough, and positive. She also loves our dog. We trust her in the house and love seeing her. Thank you Cottage Care.

Cottage Care has helped with cleaning our house home for some time. We recently switched to a regular schedule with the same person doing the work -- Jackie is an absolute delight! She is friendly, efficient and polite and wonderful to have around.

We’ve been using Cottage Care’s services monthly for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say. The crew is kind, efficient, professional, and take pride in their work. We have a baby at home whose been going through chemo the past 8 months and the team is always considerate about masking and distancing precautions. I highly recommend this team!

Update: We continue to use Cottage Care monthly and have had many team members in our home. They have all been good! Lately, we’ve seen Devin, Amanda and Wendy most often and they have done a great job!

Update 10/11/23: Cottage Care continues to be consistent in their quality of cleaning and customer service. This month we had Wendy again and last month we had Cody. Both are always awesome! Wendy is especially great with tackling stubborn dog hair from our 90 pound yellow lab that seems to float and stick to everything. :)

Update 2/9/24: we’ve been using Cottage Care’s services monthly for over two years, since my youngest child was born. They continue to have excellent customer service, and I’m always amazed that even with a one person crew they can get my entire house, cleaned thoroughly and efficiently in a few hours. We have had several new cleaners from time to time and they do a great job as well as the more experienced crew members. We always look forward to our monthly cleanings!

Update 2/17/25: We continue to look forward to our monthly cleanings with Cottage Care! We usually scheduled with Wendy and she is extremely efficient, professional, and does a wonderful job --especially tackling our yellow lab's dog fur which floats and lands on everything!

My cleaner, Jackie, has been amazing. I'm always surprised and pleased to find a small touch of extra effort to make my house more a home. Grateful for her and this service; I can spend more time with my kids rather than chores.

I've been using CottageCare Richmond for several years now they have been amazing! Easy scheduling over text message, always very responsive, and professional. I've had a few different cleaners come through over the years and everyone has always been so nice and done a fabulous job.

Kristen and Xiomara did a phenomenal job when they came for the first cleaning. They stayed until every last corner and surface was spotless. I could see they really cared about the job they were doing.

Jackie and Lexi did a full on transformation on our new home !! I wish I took before and after pictures because the transformation was so satisfying and amazing. They are detail oriented, kind, and professional!! I don’t think I’ll ever use another provider for this service. Great prices, punctual , and a life changer for someone with disabilities. Manager Camellia is very communicative and kind as well!! HIGHLY recommend !!

Stephanie has been our Cottage Care professional for more than 2 years. She cleans our home to perfection and we love how clean it is when she is finished. We like the company and they are easy to work with for scheduling or making changes if we will be out of town. Can't say enough good things about them and Stephanie! We also use Sarah as our housekeeper and also does a great job!
