Servando, Marcio, Emanuel and Uriel V cleaned all my windows today - inside and out, as well as both sides of the storm windows. They removed all the storms, from both the first and second floors, and put them back after cleaning. My windows really are spotless and I have high standards. I highly recommend Spotless and this foursome and will certainly use them again.

Deshawn and Jessica did our windows inside and out. They were running a little late and Deshawn texted to alert us they were in route. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of the property. They efficiently addressed the windows outside and then came inside. Shortly thereafter our windows were spotless! We were well satisfied and anticipate using Spotless Window Cleaning and Softwash in the future

I don't know what took me so long to hire someone to clean my windows but I will not hesitate next time to call Spotless Window Cleaning. These guys did an amazing job, which included cleaning the window base and weather seals. When they were done, the window was so clean and clear that I feared a bird would fly though it:)

My windows are “spotless”!!! Jessica and Kevin did a superior job. We had all of our windows cleaned inside and out. They worked great as a team. They were courteous and professional. They took their shoes off when they came inside. The screens and sills were wiped down. I can’t say one bad thing here. If you are looking for a company to take care of your windows and get them looking great, Spotless is your company!!!! Thanks so much.

We have used Spotless twice a year for the past three years. We have always been pleased but the job they did today was very disappointing. They came very late in the day so we’re cleaning our windows in the dark. They only sprayed a solution on the outside of all the windows and didn’t not soft cloth wash after spraying the solution. I can spray the outside of all my windows and let them air dry too. They also got all my faux flower arrangements and wreath on our front porch wet. Grrrr to a very disappointing window cleaning experience.

Spotless is excellent. Very professional and easy to work with from the first contact. Nate came out when scheduled for an estimate and I received it promptly the next day. I was kept up to date with scheduling and technicians arrival through text. Gustavo and Rafael arrived on time. They were very professional, personable and thorough. Excellent work and customer service. I would highly recommend Spotless.

Omar and Rafael did an amazing job on my deck, patios and windows. I haven’t seen my windows this clear and clean by any other company I have hired. And the deck, walkways and patio turned out beautifully. Will definitely call Spotless again!

Spotless Window Cleaning soft-washed a very old home outside of Richmond along with a detailed window cleaning. Given the age of the house, this was not an easy job. Romulo, Eddy and Marcio were on-time, professional and thorough. I highly recommend Spotless Window Cleaning services to anyone.

Great job cleaning the ice from my parking space. It was unbelievably hard work in arctic freezing weather. The crew showed up on time. The cost is reasonable based on the difficulty of the work. Plus, they were just nice folks. If they help you out, please offer them some hot chocolate at the end. This is a great service since it is not snow removal, but thick ice removal, which is much more difficult. Neighbors on my street that have tried to do this themselves have ended up with broken shovels and the ice not removed.

My windows are sparkling! When Spotless says premium service they mean it. Jose Luis and Miguel did a wonderful job inside and out. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Omar Rafael came this time—and the services of their delux window cleaning and gutter cleaning were “spot on!” My house looks exceptional with everything done to it—it doesn’t even look like there is glass in my windows they are so clean!!!! Zoe and Don did a great job on all of the windows but we had one problem window. Omar and Kevin came to our house within a week and took care of that window and the window now looks beautiful.
