Good Carpet Cleaning. We’re here at the appointment time and finished in about an hour. Great customer service.

Wow! They worked a miracle! We had carpet in one area of the house that was badly stained with dog urine. The team made recommendations on how to address the issue and were transparent about the cost (which was reasonable for the amount of work that was done). The carpet now looks brand new.
I was actually shocked Communication was great from beginning to end. They did everything they said they were going to do, and more.

This was my second service with Zerorez, and once again, I had an amazing experience! Scheduling was quick and hassle-free, and their pricing is very reasonable. My technician explained the process both before and after the cleaning. He was thorough, took his time, and never rushed the job, which I truly appreciated. My carpets look fantastic. Zachary arrived in a timely manner. All rugs were assessed and appropriately priced accordingly. He picked up 3 rugs and will return them within a week. All representatives for this Company have been very pleasant to work with.

A lot of companies promote themselves and are not truthful…Zerorez is not one of them!! Excellent service, great product, awesome staff! Their commercials are truly a representation of the high standards and customer service.

Very good carpet cleaning, they do deep cleaning using a citrus spray and use a specialized tool to apply heated specialized pH water (which acts like soap) no muss no fuss, and helps to remove chemicals from older cleanings as well. Would not work for again, but the results speak for themselves

Customer service is excellent from the initial call to schedule service, the text message to confirm, the promised 30 min call ahead to the meeting of the two technicians that came to clean. I had heavy pet urine in my carpet and Remington and Alex spent hours flushing the odor and stains from my carpet. Both of these young men were very courteous and respectful of my home. I will be using this service again and would recommend to anyone needing carpet cleaning.
