Javais was amazing, couldn’t ask for a better technician to clean our rugs & carpets. Gave a very thorough explanation of what services he performed, how to care for it afterwards, and what to expect the wait time to be to return to normal use. I really appreciate the eye for detail on certain areas that were extra dirty, and got a wonderful end result I was hoping for. I will definitely keep Zerorez in mind for other cleaning areas of my home, like the hardwood floors & bathroom tiles since it’s so affordable and worth every penny.

I was absolutely blown away by the service, it brought me to tears! My husband and I moved into our house a year ago and had professional carpet cleaning done by another company. To say the least, we were disappointed that the company suggested the stains in the carpet were permanent and nothing couldn’t be done to lift it.

We were drawn to Zerorez because of their guarantee to spot treat. Well they did NOT disappoint!! Grant walked me through all the carpeted surfaces and explained to me in detail what he was observing and how we can come up with a solution to treat the carpets. Very professional crew. They clearly explained what Options I had on each area being cleaned, the pricing, what to expect on some of the ground in dirt areas and pet stains, etc. and felt well informed before deciding on the final contract. I was able to inspect them after each area was done to ensure I was satisfied. The carpets turned out better than expected. The crew even made sure everything was tidy during and after they completed the work. I would use Zerorez again without hesitation.

Remi & Jesse were so amazing from start to finish. They were very thorough & tolerated my little ankle bitter as she barked in the cage! Lol, but they were quick efficient & made sure I understood the entire process. I thought it was going to be longer & noisy & they proved me wrong.
