Oscar has been a fantastic service to me and my home! I trust him with everything from bathroom to kitchen to floors! I often say specifically what I want, and he always does a bit extra, whether it’s folding blankets or tidying up and it is always a nice feeling to have things a bit more kept(: We have two dogs and he has no problem working around them and my schedule. I started using him back in 2022, and he is always efficient, timely, and responsible. I cannot reccommend his services enough in the Richmond area! Even when we were out of town, he took the time to come and clean the house and provided photos of a job well done!

I was able to schedule a carpet cleaning service easily. The business was great at communicating prior to the techinicans arrival. Thomas was very polite and professional. He offered additional services if I needed anything. I was able to get our vinyl sheet flooring in the kitchen cleaned as well. We'll worth the cost, which I found to be extremely reasonable.

Hired this company after purchasing a home to go through and deep clean all the carpets. The rugs, which did not appear dirty, are now a totally different and lighter color! The home smells fresh and clean and I couldn’t be happier. Would not hesitate to recommend them; they were efficient, friendly, and on time.

Great experience overall. Appointment set up was easy. I received a call 2 days before to go over logistics of my property and information the techs would need to get the job done. I received a call from Grant and Matthew when they were about 20 minutes out. They arrived promptly and went right to work! Matthew did a great job getting details from and asking questions. He performed all of the work to the highest level. I would highly recommend Matthew, Grant, and the Zerorez team!

Matthew was very thorough in his explanation on the types of treatments that were available for my carpets. Especially knowing I have a dog in the home. There were several rooms that were compromised due to dog urine and after completion things look great and no smells. I will follow up in a few days as this is usually the case with most carpet cleaning services. All in all a great experience.

Some of my carpet feels extremely wet, while other areas feel as if little or nothing touched it. After spending MUCH time moving lamps, knick knacks, etc. (per instructions), no furniture was moved to be cleaned under, as other companies do. The tech pretty much lied about moving furniture, twice. Also, I thought 2 closets had been included in my quote; tech said he didn't see them listed, so more $$. Also, he didn't seem to spray much solution on carpet, but my carpet was not real dirty; still seemed a little iffy to me. I mentioned that, too, but he indicated it was sufficient. Tech was polite, but not really truthful - only had 4 weeks experience. Really? Would not use these guys, again. Disappointed ☹️

I got a call ahead of his arrival which I appreciated. He worked quickly and did a great job. I appreciated his recommendations and thoroughness. My carpet looks fabulous.

The Zerorez team was professional, thorough, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the materials they were cleaning and left our 10-year-old couch looking nearly brand new. They also tackled two area rugs with pet stains and applied a stain guard to help protect against future accidents. I couldn’t be happier with the results or their level of service. Highly recommend!
