I have been a client of Perfect Cleaning for years and they are hands down the best service we have ever used at our home for cleaning. They come every two weeks and do everything you would expect without fail. Claudia is available by phone or e mail if we ever need to reach her. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve used a few house cleaners in Richmond and perfect cleaning is the best. Their prices are reasonable and their work is meticulous. They are incredibly thorough and standard cleaning includes baseboards, appliances, the inside of the microwave, and they even vacuum all of our upholstered furniture.

I love Perfect Cleaning. They always did such a great job in my house. I never really had to tell them what to do. If I did ask them to do something extra they always did it without any complaints. We have recently moved to another state and it is going to be hard to find another company that will live up to this company. In addition they had great customer service. Very sad to not have their services anymore.

Perfect cleaning service has been an excellent cleaning service. We have had the two same girls for years. No turnover which says a lot. Very dependable. My house is always spotless. They have surpassed any other service we have used.

I hate leaving bad reviews but beware they will call you ENDLESSLY from different numbers. I saw someone else leave the same comment after I had already called them and I blocked the number. I’ve had to block 3 different numbers, once AFTER I told them I didn’t want the service.

I have been with this cleaning company almost three years. They have been great all around. They are very detailed when cleaning. I had to be hospitalized for tearing my ACL. They worked around me as much as they could. They have been one of the best cleaning companies that I have dealt with. There were times that would come up for family coming to town or a showing of the house when we put it on the market and they were flexible with providing a cleaning before these things took place. Highly recommended.

I bought a Groupon for some cleaning after having work done in my home. Two extremely nice ladies showed up, ON TIME, and did the most thorough job of cleaning I've ever had. They literally cleaned from top to bottom of my home and worked non-stop the entire 4 hours they were here. They were easy to work with and did more than I even asked of them. Will definitely be using them for all of my future cleaning needs!!

Awful. Hired this company for a deep cleaning. It was really a poorly done surface cleaning. Stove was left dirty, dirty countertops, dusty baseboards, debris on kitchen floor. I sent them pictures and explained how bad the cleaning job was. They explained that their idea of deep cleaning is something else… Deny, deflect, avoid taking any responsibility. No integrity here.

We signed up for a deep cleaning and they left without finishing the house! They left an entire level completely un done. Left comet on our floor out of the bathroom and didn't vacuum anywhere. Who leaves a job unfinished?? Not professional would give zero stars if I could.

Perfect Cleaning was recommended to us by someone who also used them. We are so glad we reached out! They have been a godsend to our home during COVID and with my wife's and my hectic schedules, both of us working in demanding fields. Every clean is fantastic and the home really feels better after they have been. We do a bi-weekly clean. The very few times when the team has been delayed or needed to change, they were proactive in reaching out. They have also been so kind in accommodating our having needed to miss a clean here and there due to conflicts. We would be lost without the Perfect Cleaning team!

Perfect Cleaning is wonderful and I have been with them now for almost 4 years. They are prompt, do excellent work and their people are polite and very nice. I travel for work and they have been more than accommodating in working with me to change appointments when needed. I highly recommend them.

So, I had my house cleaned for an initial clean. 3 hours, 69/hr. Cool.

But after the three hours, about 40% of my house had not been done and they left with powder still on my floors, one of my cast iron skillets had been washed with soap, dirt still on my kitchen floors and bathrooms. Never use this service.

The cleaners who came to the house were very efficient and did a good job. But not on time. Last month we were told to expect them between 11:00 and noon. They arrived at 2 p.m. Yesterday we were told the same - between 11:00 am and noon. By 2:15 pm they still had not arrived. This was very inconvenient as we waited around and could have been running errands. We canceled yesterday and will not use Perfect Cleaning again.

I booked Perfect Cleaning to clean my house before I put it on the market. They showed up right when they said they would and did an amazing job cleaning my house for a price lower than most of the other quotes I received. I was really impressed at their attention to detail, my house looks cleaner than it ever has. There wasn't one spot missed. I highly recommend Perfect Cleaning if you're in need of cleaning services!!!

I cannot get this company to STOP CALLING ME. This is a landline number and I have blocked it, but they still leave many many many messages on my vm. When I call back to complain, I get no response, no answer. This morning, the man was slurring like a drunken sailor with LOUD distracting TV in the background. Called twice today, 9:21 am and immediately again at 9:23 am.
TAKE MY PHONE NUMBER OFF YOUR DAMN LIST!

The best cleaning service I used! The women who come to our home they are pleasant, consistent and professional.

That was my prior review, now I changed it to one star. Anytime these women come, they say they’re leaving to lock the door. I am always pleasant to them, when I the wife am just home you say nothing and leave my door open and it’s unlocked, are you serious? I always move out of their way to go to another room. I did pick up funny energy to day. This will be the last time we will use them. Also, they had been half cleaning our bathroom. I purposely left hair on the wall and noticed 2 weeks of asking them to clean they didn’t do it. I understand cleaning is tiresome, but people are paying and do notice short cuts here and there.

I have used this company for years, for the most part they have met my expectations & staff was friendly. We have multiple homes and very seldom have them clean my entire house, we recently moved to a new build the main area's I requested the ladies to clean were our common areas and bathrooms.
They do not clean the entire house. Being this is a new build the bathrooms still look brand new.
My concern is the staff has started dragging out cleanings, I have observed the ladies running the vacuum cleaner in the same area for an extended amount of time on brand new flooring that only needed a quick dust/wet mop.
My last few cleanings I have been contacted by the office saying that the ladies need more time, based on the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, as much as I try to explain to the office the ladies are not cleaning my entire house & what I am observing in this new cleaning pattern, the office will not get what I am saying.
Example: I have had three cleanings at the new build, first cleaning I paid for a 2 hour cleaning, they finished in an hour and half and told me it had been 2 hours, I had to pull the ring camera footage and show them, then the next time they were only asked to do certain rooms but the ladies spent time taking pictures of rooms that still had moving boxes in them and the office called me and said the ladies need more time, today was the final straw, I paid for 3 hours, I also went into all bathrooms and cleared the counters off to make things super easy, I even helped with my bedroom, the office called and said the ladies need 20 more minutes, she said you have 5 bedrooms, I told the office they did not clean all my bedrooms, only 2, I have often overlooked any imperfections in work, even when they broke my blinds and today my power bar that was on my nightstand no longer works after they left, we had several homes they cleaned but today was the tipping point for me, and yes I normally tip the ladies well. Just disappointed in this new cleaning style. I could see my old house taking longer than this brand new home.

We initially used Perfect Cleaning for a few years and while the service was good initially, we noticed a steep decline in service the last several months eventually making us decide to cancel all future services after several months of issues. We had issues like prices being raised but service getting worse, cleaners not showing up at the time quoted, different cleaners arriving than our normal cleaners and we weren't told, and then the actual cleaning being inconsistent (some things left still dirty, floors not mopped, etc.) - a lot of the same issues recent reviewers have noted in recent reviews. What is more frustrating, is that in the last 2 or so months, they have begun calling me to rebook and I've had to say on more than one occasion we previously used this service and cancelled due to issues. Just this morning, they called again asking me to rebook and again, I said we do not use this service. I would pass on this business if you are looking for a cleaner and look elsewhere.

I'm very sad to say that perfect cleaning is less than perfect. Imperfect is a better description. Very poor work. I won't go into detail but I will ask a question of you all. How does a cleaner miss the intire TUB ?! I'm not done with Perfect Cleaning Company. Another question. Has anyone ever taken these people to small claims court? Something to ponder.

Initial 2-3 hour session for 338.00. Cleaning team was present for the entire duration. Inspection of the home after thier departure revealed a casual and cursory dusting with few if any objects moved during the dusting process. Clear and visible evidence of lint present on rugs that was not vacuumed or even noticed. Wood floors obviously casually vacuumed and casually mopped. No apparent attention to detail and far from the expected standard of initial "deep cleaning." Take your business elsewhere. I sure will.
