Let’s Clean is a female owned and run business I have been working with for 5+ years.
They do commercial and in-home cleaning well and they are GREAT to work with.
The cleaning team is thorough, fast and kind.
They also ask you to check their work which I think is telling because they stand by the services they provide.
I also appreciate how flexible they are with scheduling.
Maria comes once a month now and she is fantastic.

We had a great experience with Let’s Clean. The ladies were very thorough in their cleaning and kept us informed every step of the way. This is the second time we have used them and both times were exceptional. A special shout out to our cleaners Bertha and Diana who did an excellent job ! We will definitely use them again!

Let's Clean is amazing!!! They came to my house for a deep clean the first time and WOW my house was even cleaner than when we first moved in. They were able to get out marks on my tub that I have been working on for years. They are so professional and thorough and I would highly recommend hiring them for all of your cleaning need. Hiring them for a monthly cleaning is a must have if you don't have the time to do it yourself and you won't regret it.

Janelis and Bertha did an amazing job cleaning my house. They cleaned every nook and cranny. I’ve tried about four cleaning services in Richmond and Let’s Clean of Richmond is the best. Excellent pricing and immaculate work. Highly recommend!

We hired Let's Clean for a move-in cleaning on a new apartment. Not only did they fit us in on short notice, our cleaner Janelis did a wonderful job! It's such a comfort to be moving in knowing that our new home is thoroughly clean. Communication was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely use this service again in future!

I would avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve used them for multiple cleans, but today was a really bad experience. The cleaner let our cat outside — and it’s important because we were loyal customers and she knew / is familiar with our cat. Accidents happen, but she didn’t say anything, and I called / texted throughout the day and got NO response from Lets Clean. Complete silence.

We could’ve been out in the neighborhood looking WAY earlier than we did.

Sharing this because I really hope others aren’t put in a similar situation. I will never use them again.

Maria has cleaned my house for several months. She does a monthly clean with sporadic deep cleans, and I am very pleased with the service and the price. She has great attention to detail, and the company always works with me to ask what areas of the home may need special attention before each scheduled cleaning. Maria is kind and thorough, and I love when I come home from work after she's been to the house because things are orderly, spotless, and the whole house smells amazing! I am a happy customer!!

The cleaning service cleaned for me on Saturdays as our home isn’t open to anyone during the week because we work. I booked a cleaning 2 weeks in advance and at 6:15am the morning of the cleaning ,the owner text me to say the young lady couldn’t make it. The young lady always had done a great job cleaning. This is my issue, the owner should have enough workers and should always have a backup for every cleaning appt. This is right before Thanksgiving. I am not happy!!

Patricia cleans our home biweekly. Each time she takes care and special attention to details and addresses our wishes and needs. We have had several people over the past few years but she clearly is the best. She is always in a good mood and has a pleasant personality and a wonder demeanor. Highly recommend her to all.

I was very impressed with my deep cleaning, and really appreciate the hard work that my team of Ingrid, Angelica, and Yuly put into making sure things were done well. I also appreciate the little touches, like folding and embossing the toilet roll, and even cleaning the base of my electric toothbrush! I would recommend this company, and plan to have them come back for regular cleanings.

Oliana and Ritzy did an amazing job! They were very precise and fast. Sweet personalities as well. This was my first cleaning and they have definitely gained a loyal customer!

Julianna’s cleaning did an amazing job! They even did things that I did not expect and even saw them cleaning my tea kettle - Rixy, Julia, and Celia were so sweet and I will definitely be booking Julianna’s cleaning again.

Juliana's Home Cleaning did an incredible job cleaning our house. Ritzy, Daniela, and the third person (I didn't get their name), were very thorough and able to work around remote workers and our two dogs. The online scheduling and payment portal is also very convenient and easy to use. The house has never looked this good and I look forward to using their services in the future. Highly recommend!

They did such an INCREDIBLE job deep cleaning the entire house! They were very thorough and came back on different days to make sure they finished and that we were satisfied. Great customer service and excellent all around!

Yerlyn, Karolain, and Yuly were extremely thorough in the deep cleaning, and showed attention to detail. They were also great around my two cats and two dogs. Great first impression, and I'll be looking to have regular maintenance cleans from the team as well.
