The Maid Crew has been cleaning our home bi-weekly for a year now and they continue to do a great job. With two cats and a dog, it is hard for me to keep up with all the hair even though we have hardwood floors. They suck up all the dust/hair bunnies, keep the bathrooms looking nice and provide much needed sanity!

First timer with the maid crew and I too was pretty happy. They scrubbed my bathroom like it has never been scrubbed before and it looks as good as an un-updated circa 1962 bathroom could look. In general, good attention to detail and good communication. The women were very sweet and accommodating of me and my four dogs. Looking forward to a long relationship. Thank you.

Couldn't be happier! First time user, wish I had done it sooner! Ashley and Jessica were amazingly energetic and friendly. The service they provided made such a difference, I had no idea...it was just amazing. Our main concern was the floors and they worked really hard on them..they look better than ever. I feel better knowing that I will be able to maintain our home better now that I have them doing the deep cleaning on a schedule.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. I had my house cleaned a couple weeks ago and the workmanship was terrible. There was still dust everywhere, toilets were not cleaned completely, there were crumbs still left on the dining room table and on end tables. Pretty my much everything was sub-standard. I have used other services in the past with much more success and they were cheaper than the maid crew, for example, maid brigade does a far better job. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The two ladies that cleaned our home did an amazing job. We could not be more satisfied. They even took the time to arrange our young son's stuffed animals in his bed and playfully lined up his bath tub, which he thought was hilarious! Thanks again and we will definitely be using your service again in the future.

Maid Crew is the best! On time, and Alexis is the hardest plus best cleaner. I have been using them for almost a year. Both of us are retired and have at this time physical problems, so we have had surgery. I really don't know we would have done without them. When they leave, my home is bright and smelling clean. Believe me when I say what a difference between before and after. NOTE: we have 2 dogs!!!!!!!!

Our first experience with The Maid Crew was wonderful! They cleaned the entirety of our home better than I typically do so it was definitely worth the cost! It was obvious that they'd touched every surface and moved things to fully vaccuum the floors. Our ceiling fans were cleaned and even the dust under our armchairs! We will be doing a biweekly service to maintain the house. I was also pleased to receive a prompt text message (first thing in the AM) to alert me that my service window was changing slightly due to unforseen circumstances. In the end, they were only 15 minutes outside of when I originally expected them but it was nice knowing that they valued my time as well. So far everyone that I've spoken with has been polite and helpful. I have no reason to believe that this level of service will change and expect future cleanings to be just as great!

We've been using Maid Crew for almost two years now and they have been such a huge help! We have a giant dog who sheds and are often so busy with work that having their help has made a big difference in our home to help us keep up. The Maid Crew was great from the beginning about communication and via text which is my preferred method of communication. They let me know the day before what time to expect them and then called the day of when they were running ahead of schedule.
The three ladies were polite and overall did a great job cleaning our house. They were finished way faster and did not waste any time which saved us money for our initial clean. Additionally, the company contacted me for a review immediately and they have an offer to come back and reclean for free if there is something you are unhappy about.
There were a few things I felt could have been given a little more attention but I also openly admit to the fact that I am very detail oriented and have extremely high standards. Overall, I’m looking forward to the next cleaning and continued relationship with the Maid Crew.

The ladies that clean our home are very good at what they do (and I can be a picky customer!). "Pet peeves" are requested and the ladies make sure that these areas are completed to expectation. We've tried four different cleaning companies, and after the Maid Crew's visit, we were the most pleased!! I loved that they called on their way over and were punctual. They asked what areas were most important to me -- which I've never been asked before. My floors and bathrooms were left sparkling! Jessica and Bernadette did a great job! They were blessings to this busy momma.

I am surprised by all the positive reviews and wonder why I did not receive the same service. I chose Maid Crew because of the google reviews but was completely disappointed. My husband and I just closed on a home and wanted the Maid Crew to clean before move in. It is important to note that there was -nothing in the home- as we had not moved yet. We just wanted a thorough clean after the previous owners had left. However, the Maid Crew did a terrible job.

When we came home, we realized there was dog hair all over the floor that sticks to our socks (we don't even have pets!), the window sills and fireplaces were filled with dust and grime, they did not wipe the kitchen down at all as the counters were covered in dust, the windows were not cleaned, the tub was left with dirt inside, all the crown molding in the home had smudges and prints on it... It was to the point where my husband and I couldn't even figure out what they even did!

I wrote a terrible review and the Maid Crew did contact us to come out again to "reclean". However, it looked exactly the same as before! I am so very disappointed and don't know why we did not receive the same service as all the reviews. I will note that the staff seemed very nice at least.

The Maid Crew did a very thorough job for a far more affordable price than most places I have used in the past. I was not able to be there to meet the team for the first time they came to my house, but they seemed to treat my house with great care and respect and I was very happy when I came home! I also loved the text messaging service - they were running late and texted me right away to let me know there was a slight hold up and clarified what time they would be there. It's very comforting to have someone I can trust come into my home - I will definitely be using them again in the future!
