We've hired The Maid Crew for a seasonal deep cleaning of our home in Henrico VA several times now and will continue to use them twice a year indefinitely. We have a house full of dogs as well as a cat and The Maid Crew is able to get our house vacuumed, mopped, dusted, and completely free of all that shedded pet hair! They communicate well, show up on time, and do fantastic work.

We've worked with the Maid Crew in Richmond, VA for recurring house cleaning now for a few months, and they've done an excellent job. They're quick and efficient and considerate of our pets, and the back office does a great job responding quickly to questions. My daughter loves that they arrange all of her stuffed animals on her bed when they clean. It’s a very sweet touch.

The Maid Crew is fantastic! I live in Henrico, Va and I have used other cleaning services and The Maid Crew is by far superior. I have general cleaning bi-monthly for at least 5 years. The great customer service begins with your initial telephone call and never ends. They listen to your specific cleaning needs and have those notes for the crew (I am obsessed with clean kitchen floors and spotless bathrooms). I have never been disappointed. The one time I did have a small concern I called and it was resolved beyond what I had expected. Yesterday I forgot to put the clean linens out (which is all I have to do) and the team leader called me to ask about it. WOW! They are efficient with their cleaning methods and everything is done well. The company sends you a reminder text and email a couple of days before each cleaning. Then the day before the cleaning they send a text giving you the time your team will arrive. I have used The Maid Crew for about a year and the crew is always on time. The cost is lower than any other agency I have used. I don't know why anyone wouldn't use The Maid Crew for their house cleaning needs.

Our experience with The Maid Crew has been fantastic! We've used them for the last year to provide us with biweekly cleaning services for our home in Richmond, VA. The ladies that come out do a great job, they leave our home sparkling clean and we are so grateful for the care and attention they take with our home. I also really appreciate the ease and convenience of adjusting our cleanings online if we are out of town or need special attention to a certain area of our house. Special shout-out to the way they fold the towels - I’m obsessed 😍

I have used Maid’s Crew service for almost a year for monthly maintenance cleaning and they have always done a great job! I recently needed a move-out cleaning for my apartment in Chesterfield VA. The Maid Crew's came on time and was very professional. My apartment looks better than it did when I moved in They did a great job. I will definitely be using their services at my new place.

Had a professional cleaning for the first time today with the maid crew and I absolutely loved it! My team was so incredibly thorough ! They took the time to make even my toilet paper look nice, cleaned my cat tower, cleaned little hard to reach areas I wouldn’t have even thought to reach. Super satisfied! I had Savanna’s team and I absolutely loved it! Will definitely be a monthly client now!

Selena is wonderful!! Did a deep cleaning of our home and she went a step further by cleaning inside of ever single window. Impressive!!!

I have been on the receiving end of MaidPro for several months now. I could not be happier. Charlene comes every two weeks and truly by the time she leaves the house feels like s completely different place. Her focus on details, quality - in light of we have two labs and a cat - is amazing. She is a hard worker and does not leave until the job is done. She doesn’t treat my home like just another address, but she treats it as if it was hers.

Her ability’s and attention to detail shows me, she holds to the very highest of standards. Her work ethic is impeccable and she is always so personable and a joy to have around.

We are fairly new customers, but MaidPro has done a great job cleaning our home for the past few months. They communicate before and after the clean, show up on time, and leave our home clean and smelling fresh. No issues, no complaints, and highly recommended.

I am so impressed with MaidPro. Rem and Jeff and everyone has been extremely professional, as well as being personable -- a rare combination. The management staff are excellent at communicating with you regarding your service -- from first quote to subsequent visits, rescheduling, etc. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. They are hard workers and are thorough at the same time -- again, an unusual combination.

We’ve had Deep Clean with Stove and Refrigerator and Standard clean of common areas and bathroom

Price is good in my opinion. It is worth the price, they clean the entire home in under 3 hours. Everything’s nice and clean. They don’t skimp on the deep clean at all. If I could afford the stove and refrigerator full clean each week with standard clean I would.

Standard clean is good. I have no complaints. They have a 49 point checklist they review and sign off on for standard clean.

I am in the process of moving and engaged MaidPro to help with cleaning my house after my move out. When Jamelle and Dawn showed up the first day, I was way behind with clearing out my stuff but they showed great flexibility and quickly rearranged to come out the next day for a minor cost to cover their travel. The next day they came out and we’re fast and efficient with their cleaning and left the house in great shape. I would definitely recommend this team!

Have been using MaidPro for quite a while and I'm always so happy with the results. Jeff and Colby are great to work with and I won the jackpot with Rachel! She is so detailed oriented and more meticulous than I would be myself! I work long hours and coming home after MaidPro has been at my house is always the best! Best decision for a working Mom I could make!

Update:I have been using Maidpro for almost a year. Blair has been great and does a wonderful job cleaning. She loves my dog and doesn't matter that she gets in the way sometimes.

My First visit from Maid pro was ok and they had to come back to touch up a few items but it was done quickly and without question. It was a great experience and I decided to keep on using them.

I hired MaidPro to clean the apartment of two individuals on the autism spectrum whose apartment was, frankly, filthy. They did an absolutely awesome job - so much more thorough than I expected - and William was particularly good!!! Thank you

We've been using Maid Pro since the start of the year, and we're very pleased with their service and quality. In particular our current maid, Karen, is fantastic. She's always on time, does a very thorough job, wears her mask properly, and is very nice. As a bonus, she made our bed a different way when she first started (changed the blankets, through pillows, side rugs, etc...), and we liked it so much that we've stuck with it every since. Maid Pro is worth the expense and Karen does a great job!

I work from home and our MaidPro professional is always respectful of the fact that I'm on the phone a lot. I've been using MaidPro for the past three months to clean my condo. They are reasonably priced, and the manager, Colby, is great to work with. Sidney does a great job of cleaning and is very friendly. She always asks if I need anything else done, and when she saw me trying to put down a bulky computer floor mat, she pitched in to help.
