I hired Maidpro Richmond- Henrico to clean our apartment to prepare for our moving out. The experience from the first contact to arrange service to follow up calls to confirm satisfaction was professional. Konner arrived on time and did an amazing job cleaning. My entire experience with Maidpro has been excellent! From the initial representative that explained their offerings when I reached out, to their coordinator, and their maid staff that came to the house, I had a pleasant and professional experience. Anthony did a great job at having clear communication, professionalism, and was able to walk me through the whole process as this was my first clean with MaidPro! He was also training Asia and Iris and they did a great job at being attentive and learning on the go! Great job, would love to have them back for my next clean!

Is there anything better than a clean home? We have MaidPro come monthly to help with all those rooms & details that we just can't seem to get to, and I am impressed each and every time. The cleaners are always polite and have a great attention to detail. If they have a little bit of additional time, they will help with any problem areas beyond the checklist, and I find that to be such a valuable addition to their services! I would highly recommend Maidpro for your home cleaning. I especially loved both Anthony and Shadae. They both did a phenomenal job. And Anthony took on a challenge and got our master shower looking so super clean that I was very highly impressed. I will be sure to be calling back in the future for more cleanings. After being dissatisfied with another local cleaning service, we decided to give Maidpro a try and have been customers since. Lalonda cleans our home regularly and is thorough, friendly and efficient. We have a toddler with lots of toys and furniture and she does a great job of making sure nothing is missed. She always leaves our home feeling fresh and tidy. Would absolutely recommend!

I went with this company because of high rating but I was not satisfied with their move out cleaning. They definitely missed many things in the kitchen and in general and the attention to detail was missing. The bathrooms were okay but other than that, I would not recommend them for move out cleaning.We have to re work on many stuffs to make it inspection ready.

Khonner and Mary were so good! Definitely would pay extra for the oven. Great decision. Rooms were super clean thank you so much guys felt like home. I finally could breathe

Bradley and Jeanine with the Maid Pro crew were phenomenal. They literally wiped down and cleaned every inch of our home. As someone who is very particular about cleaning, I could not find one single area of improvement during our final walk-through. We were very pleased.

Bradley was a meticulous cleaner and I would love to have him on every occasion if possible!! This was my second cleaning and so far, all has been great!!
