LOVE Holistically Clean! I've been working with the owner for monthly, two-hour deep cleans for over a year, and she's always so friendly and willing to help! I've referred her to two other friends as well! The house always smells amazing afterwards, and the kitchen and bathroom wind up sparkling clean! I book regularly and plan to continue doing so!

I have used other cleaning services in the past and this is by far, the best I have experienced. I have been getting home cleaning services for well over 20 years. When I relocated to Richmond I was concerned about wether I would be able to get the quality of service I have been accustom to. Holistically Clean Cleaning Service has not only met that mark, they have surpassed my expectations. They are absolutely amazing! Sharmaine did an excellent job of cleaning my condo. This was a particularly challenging cleaning job because my condo had been vacant since July 1, 2023 due to water damage and mold infestation. My condo was sparkling clean and smelled so nice when I walked into my condo the next day. Thanks again Sharmaine

I contracted them to clean my house after renovation from a house fire and Sharmaine did an amazing job. Was meticulous, used safe for the environment products which is very important to me having a little one. She was on time and exceeded my expectations. She is also very fairly priced from shopping around and will be my go to cleaner from now on!

Great cleaning service experience and the natural fresh smell of the products used were amazing. This company took care of my needs during a time my husband and I were experiencing a family situation; which cause me not to be in a good head space and my housekeeping was neglected.

Sharmaine did an excellent job on a first time deep clean of my apartment. She was very pleasant and professional. She did everything I needed and then some. I will be using again and would definitely recommend. She is very responsive and provided all the information I needed prior to booking which was helpful.

What a wonderful and refreshing experience I had with Sharmaine’s cleaning. This Farm House needed some deep cleaning and because Sharmaine uses non-toxic supplies, I did not worry about my little parakeet, Tweetie Bird and did not have concern about my elderly dog.

Sharmaine was a fresh breath of air, and a dose of sunshine, all in one, as she energetically introduced herself, entered my house with her supplies and got to work.

The house was squeaky clean and smelled refreshed when she ended.

I plan to schedule another cleaning in the next few weeks. 5 stars ⭐️ for your excellent customer service Sharmaine.

Worst service, ms Jackie arrives late and does not want to clean and has poor attitude, says she does not want to clean since some of my child's toys off the floor and she left without her even asking us to pick it up. The time before it she did not show up or tell anyone til after 2 hours of arrival time I called ms Jannette (her boss) and says she is on her period but she told no one and I had to clean the house for guests arriving out of town on my own. Another time she said the upstairs bathroom is dirty and she has NEVER came upstairs which is a lie and our bathrooms are always maintained and need mild cleaning and polishing. This business is unreliable and waste of time, I do not recommend this for any of my family or friends, just a waste.
