My daughter asked to take a shower upstairs. I tried to turn on the shower in one bathroom and it's not working. Barely any water is coming out of it… One stream of water. So I took her to another bathroom and water spraying out of the top of the showerhead. These bathrooms are almost never used, although they get cleaned. I've already replaced the shower head in a third bathroom after it was broken when the cleaning ladies came, probably 9 months ago when my brother was staying here. I never said anything, but it was fine then completely cracked after the bathroom was cleaned. This is in the same bathroom as the faucet that was also broken (and still is). I don't understand what they're doing but too many things are getting broken. I tried to go pick up my painting that got knocked off the wall on Saturday to see if they had finally repaired it and the shop was closed. But I also have to fix the molding to the stairs somehow. A chunk of wood was taken out of the trim when the painting was knocked off the wall.
I'm getting really frustrated. Except for the painting, which they couldn't hide, they seem to be breaking things yet not telling anyon

I Always enjoy seeing the ladies arrive! I know I am going to get a whole house refresher! If I need something special the office staff is super accommodating and somehow makes it happen!

The ladies do a great job and I'm very happy with the cleaning. But it would be helpful if they did not change the position of the light switches or the blinds. They are that way for a reason and it is very inconvenient to have to go around and turn off lights and turn back on the switches that control the ceiling fans. I once spent twenty minutes looking for my hairbrush. I understand it is very hard to remember where everything was but if they would at least just not change the light switches that would help.

We asked our regular crew to a deep clean after some renovations. The house looked great! Every surface was dust free, the floors looked great, too.

I had been thinking about hiring a cleaning company for a couple years to help maintain our home and finally pulled the trigger. When I called to ask questions and schedule, the woman on the phone was very helpful and was able to schedule us quicker than I imagined. A team of two women came to do our initial deep clean did such an excellent job. The bathrooms are spotless, the kitchen is immaculate, my floors look amazing. My home feels so nice to be in again! I definitely look forward to our monthly appointments!
