New Image cleaned my home before Thanksgiving to get ready for guest and they did an amazing job! They definitely exceeded my expectations. The customer service was outstanding all the way from scheduling my clean to following up after the clean. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I feel like I just donated 565 dollars to New Image cleaning services. On the day of service, there were 5 people here....5, a trainer, a supervisor, a worker and 2 trainees. I had to leave for work, when I returned the next day it looked the same as when left. I pulled the refrigerator and stove so they can clean behind, they did not. Called, complained, they sent Frances, who did a good job in the kitchen, but after spending so much time there she was ready to go, I opened the other freezer for her to wipe down, and she did,but I wasn't happy.

With the reviews and price I felt confident. Boy was I wrong.. I threw away 565 dollars for nothing..this was supposed to be a MOVE IN CLEANING

New Image Cleaning has taken excellent care of both my home and office for years. For my home, I usually have someone come in to do quarterly, seasonal cleaning. This fall, New Images sent Dree who did a fantastic, thorough job in only a few hours. Quick, efficient, and also thoughtful and kind.

Danielle always does an excellent, thorough job with my bi-weekly cleanings. The prices are reasonable and the company is very flexible in rescheduling as needed. Everyone I have interacted with, from the main office staff to the multiple cleaners I’ve met, has been kind. I have been a customer for three years and am very satisfied.

Katelyn does a great job every time she is here! She even takes the time to clean out the cat litter area deeply (which to a pet owner is a big deal). Thank you!

As the winners of the 3 free hours of cleaning we were excited to be blessed with this opportunity. I have to say that the experience and cleaning far exceed my expectations. My cleaner did an excellent job deep cleaning my bathrooms. She even clean and dusted my window blinds and light fixtures. She was very pleasant, friendly and professional. I contacted New Image after an Internet search and found they work with the Cleaning for a Reason organization which provides two, complimentary cleaning services for cancer patients (which I currently am).They sent us Frances, who is an absolute angel! She listened to my concerns and took care of exactly what I needed! My bathroom has never looked better! The owner contacted me immediately after the first service to get my feedback, which was 100% positive We will be continuing our relationship with New Image even after the complimentary services. We were completely blown away by the service provided by Maggie and Francis during our deep clean today. From the moment they arrived they were professional, perfectly on time, courteous, and kind.
