Jones Curb Appeal really bailed me out when I had a short-notice need arise. I was getting ready to manage a large event and determined the main spectating area wasn't as presentable as I was told it would be. Almost before I could hang up the phone, Kevin had a hard-working crew member there to take care of our need. It was done quickly and exactly how we needed it done to insure a smooth event. It went great, largely due to JCA! Thanks guys!

I saw a sign on the side of the road stating "MULCH" and a phone number of 818-3248. I called it to ask if they delivered pea gravel, as I wanted to place it around my home to reduce weed issues and help with drainage. Kevin came out to get an idea of the size of the job to provide an estimate. I was provided a quote the following week and accepted it. The initial estimate was low, but they were able to adjust on the fly to provide more. The crew came out on hot humid days, and worked tirelessly to get the job done. They ran out of some supplies, & ended up having to come back to fix a couple minor issues. The initial job looked so good that I realized I should have had my driveway and walkways included initially. I asked if they could come out to place more gravel on my drive and walkways while they fixed the other issues, and they did so without issue or complaint! Great company, professional employees, and a happy customer in the end. I would highly recommend anyone consider using Jones Curb Appeal for any of their exterior landscape projects!

After giving them a deposit of 700$ , on February 28th, ihad to wait til April 26th for them to do work
The work was exceptible. They cleaned up, graded over the ground up tree stumps (3). Over all work rates a good.

From Kelly, who navigates the many phone calls and requests, to the actual workers themselves providing experienced recommendations and suggestions….we plan on using this company many times over as we continue to settle in our new home and make the landscape our own! Thank you to Kevin and his crew for being so polite and respectful, answering questions, and making sure throughout the process that we were satisfied! They are a professional tree removal service. They have all the right equipment to do the job safely and efficiently

They did not have any oversight, communication was ineffective, and satisfaction is not a primary concern. I am not satisfied, and apparently there is NO recourse.

I originally met with Kevin and found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable; so I decided to give them a try. The initial scheduling had been easy and efficient and the consultation appointment was prompt. I was looking for whole yard landscaping and he suggested starting with cleaning the beds and mulching.

I made my down payment and then did not hear anything until they showed up. I had no idea when they were coming, they just showed up and were not even completely clear about the work needing to be done. I was working and it was inconvenient to have to go over what I had already explained. They finished day 1 and again when they showed back up, I had no idea they were coming and was again working. There was no one person communicating with me, and again, I had to clarify some of what I had already asked to be done.

The 2 young men and young lady that did the actual labor/work were very pleasant, conscientious, and responsive. Kudos to them!

They planted a Japanese Maple that is approximately 18'' tall and I was charged almost $450. For that price the maple should have been much larger even when accounting for labor and travel and gas, and anything else! There is NO WAY that cost is reasonable!

I called to express my dissatisfaction specifically about the maple and there is apparently no recourse if you are unhappy with their work. The lady that I spoke with continuously attempted to justify that cost. Kevin had given me his card and stated to call him with any questions or concerns. Yet, when I asked to speak with him I was told that the lady I spoke with handles the complaints. She did say she would pass along my complaint and he would decide if this was something he wanted to address. Seriously??!!

Obviously, the landscaping for the rest of my yard will go to someone else. There are are so many lawncare companies, I wish I had kept looking. Just make sure you keep looking!

Leaves, leaves, and more leaves! We have a lot of trees in our yard, and we fell a little behind in upkeep during the holidays.

When we finally had some time this past weekend, we did some raking and leaf blowing, and WOW, we had a lot of leaves.

Usually, we haul everything on a trailer and make multiple trips to the dump, but it was the holidays, and we were feeling lazy.

So, instead, we called Jones Curb Appeal for leaf removal pricing, and I'm glad we did! The pricing was reasonable, they came out the very next day, and it sure did save us a ton of time on yard work with their fancy equipment.

We were so pleased; we are now inquiring about regular yard maintenance! Highly recommended!

TLDR: if you need work done, use Jones Curb Appeal!!!!

I am extremely allergic to pine, so when we moved into our new house and the builder had left pine trees in the yard, I knew I needed to remove them and plant something else.
I called around and spoke with about 5 companies for quotes. Not only was Jones Curb Appeal the quickest to respond and come out for a quote, they also were at or below every other quote.
I ended up having them remove several trees and clear a section of the lot. They ground out all of the stumps and removed all of the wood. They even raked up the area where they removed the trees, collecting the branches, pine cones, and sweet gums balls (I have never had a tree removal company rake up the area before!).
I interacted with a few of the workers as they did their thing, they were all very polite and seemed like genuinely kind people who were knowledgeable about what they were doing. Their tools were well maintained, which shows me they take pride in their work and are responsible with things in their care. I was fascinated by their stump grinder, I had never seen one that was remote controlled before (watching them use that was almost worth the cost alone lol).
The area looks great and I am so glad that I used them! They were very professional, did great work, and had wonderful customer service! I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

JCA removed some trees for us. Kevin was quick to respond and provided a very reasonable quote. We needed this done in a timely manner prior to a new roof and he worked his schedule to accommodate us. Everyone was friendly and professional. Job well done!!! We highly recommend JCA and won't hesitate to contact them for future needs.

The folks at Jones Curb Appeal could not have been nicer. Very pleasant to work with. They had flower beds to weed and mulch, removed two crepe Myrtle trees, mulched our playground area and extends the area with rocks and mulch for patio type sitting. They also filled in many sunkened areas in our yard from tree removal years ago. All in one day. We are so happy with the hard work that was done.
