Con artists. They take your money, have you sign a contract, and nothing. I had termites and called them. What started as a couple of pecks on the siding of the house by a woodpecker, ended up as a whole on the side of the house while they were "treating " for a WHOLE YEAR. Don't waste your money like I did on a name with no value and responsibility. They only have business because of the name, not the quality of work.

Antonio has been the best technician that we have had so far. He has single-handedly solved all of our major problems since he has been contracted to us. Excellent worker, great customer service, and very thorough with his work.

Came back out because after they were here the first time, we still had bugs in the house and wasps outside. The guy who came back out, only came to deal with the wasps. Rang the doorbell and asked me where they were. The sales guy took photos and made notes of where the wasps were, black widows, carpenter bees, etc. He said he didn't gave access to that information. I told him I thought they may be under the porch and under the back deck. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to buy different material for under the porch so they couldn't get in and that he'd have to remove the lattice to spray under the porch. I told him the sales guy didn't remove anything when he found the nests so I wasn't sure what he meant but regardless there are definitely wasps flying around both the front and back of the house. He said he'd take a look. Came back 5 minutes later and said he didn't see any but to call back if we saw more. My husband is out there now spraying for bugs and wasps and has already found 3 nests and the two black widows the sales person found. The first guy was only in the house for a total of 4 minutes to do a pre treatment for fleas and spray the baseboards for other indoor pests. We're still seeing bugs in the house. We never did see fleas and we still don't. When I called to ask how the first guy was in the house only 4 minutes, they put him on the phone and he said, "yea I sprayed for both, it doesn't take long." And that was it. But the outdoor issues weren't addressed and I think we all know that in 4 minutes the indoor issues weren't addressed either. We have cameras all around the house indoor and outdoor. Good try though. We've already put in a request to cancel service and a full refund. Completely pointless. Go with Orkin or just do it yourself.

The Terminix technician Antonio T was great! on time, respectful, and professional. The service was quick and efficient, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, a smooth and easy experience. Highly recommend!
